چکیده
یکی از مهم ترین مراحل یک پژوهش علمی انتخاب چارچوب نظری مناسب و معین است. هدف این پژوهش نیل به چارچوب نظری متناسب با پیش نیازهای توسعه پایدار روستایی است. چارچوب نظری نوع نگاه و مکتب علمی است که یک پژوهش بر اساس آن سامان دهی می شود. در دانش اقتصاد چارچوب های نظری و مکتب های علمی گوناگونی وجود دارند که قدرت تبیین آن ها برای موضوعات مختلف، متفاوت است در نتیجه برای شناسایی یک موضوع خاص و تجزیه و تحلیل مسائل مربوط به آن، انتخاب چارچوب نظری متناسب با آن ضروری است. بنابراین برای تحلیل و شناسایی مسائل مرتبط با توسعه پایدار روستایی، نیز استفاده از چارچوب نظری متناسبی که بتواند تبیین واقع گرایانه تری را انجام دهد، ضرورت دارد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی صورت گرفته است. با رجوع به ادبیات نظری مهم ترین پیش نیازهای اساسی توسعه پایدار روستایی شناسایی گردید. آموزش، توسعه انسانی، رژیم نهادی، توسعه اجتماعی، بهبود بهره وری، محیط زیست، برابری و مساوات، بهبود زیرساخت ها، ترویج اشتغال غیرکشاورزی و فناوری از مهم ترین پیش نیازهای توسعه پایدار روستایی محسوب می شوند. ماهیت اغلب این عوامل نهادی می باشد. بنابراین بهترین چارچوب نظری مناسب که قدرت تبیین و تحلیل مسائل مربوط به توسعه پایدار روستایی و ارائه تبیین های واقع گرایانه تری را داشته باشد، چارچوب نظری اقتصاد نهادی می باشد.Choosing a Theoretical Framework According to the Prerequisites for Sustainable Rural Development
One of the most important stages of an academic research is choosing a certain suitable theoretical framework. Therefore, this research aimed to find a theoretical framework according to the prerequisites for sustainable rural development. A theoretical framework is a perspective and a school of thought based on which a research is organized. There are different theoretical frameworks and schools in economic knowledge, which can explain issues differently. Therefore, an appropriate theoretical framework should be chosen to identify a specific subject and analyze its related issues. Accordingly, to analyze and identify the issues related to sustainable rural development, it is necessary to use an appropriate theoretical framework that can provide a more realistic explanation. Thus, the data were analyzed using a descriptive-analytical method, and the most important prerequisites for sustainable rural development were identified by referring to the literature. According to the results, education, human development, institutional regime, social development, improvement of productivity, environment, equality, improvement of infrastructure, promotion of non-agricultural employment, and technology were recognized as the most important prerequisites for sustainable rural development, most of which having an institutional nature. Therefore, the best theoretical framework that can explain and analyze the issues related to sustainable rural development and provide more realistic explanation is “institutional economics”.
