چکیده
امتازت دوله الکویت بحرکه شعریه نشطه فی العقود الأخیره من القرن الماضی وفی مطلع القرن الحاضر ما یثیر تساؤلات عمیقه عن خلفیتها. فهل الرخاء المادی الناتج عن ظهور النفط أدی إلی هذا النشاط؟ أم کانت الأیام الماضیه تحمل شعراء کثیرین ذوی جهود شعریه جباره بینما لم یکن شعرهم من الدرجه اللائقه ثم لم تصل إلینا أسماؤهم بل وصلت أسماء المجیدین منهم حیث أن البقاء للأصلح عاده. هذا وإن الشعراء ما کانوا مکترثین بتسجیل شعرهم فی الماضی لما کانوا ینشدونه لعدم تقدم وسائل الکتابه وغیر ذلک من الأسباب التی تجعلنا نتساءل عن عدد الشعراء فی الماضی ومحاولاتهم الشعریه. ولکن هناک سؤال آخر وهو أن الشعر العربی الفصیح متی بدأ ظهوره فی الکویت؟ وما دور تطور الحیاه السیاسیه والاقتصادیه والاجتماعیه والثقافیه فی تنمیه الحرکه الشعریه؟ یحاول هذا المقال أن یجیب عن هذه الأسئله کما یقسم الشعراء الکویتیین إلی أجیال ثلاثه وفقا للظروف المعیشیه والتطورات الشامله النطاق.Formation and progress of Articulate Poetry in Kuwait
The process of poetry in Kuwait has always been progressive during the past centuries as well as the present century. This progression has raised remarkable questions such as is the good economical situation because of the foundation of petrol in this country and so on. The last question is about the time of formation of rticulate Poetry in Kuwait. The poets of Kuwait do not care about the publication of their works; that’s why hey had not developed in writing style.The present article attempts to find the appropriate answers for the mentioned questions; it has divided the poets of Kuwait into three generations based on these answers.
