چکیده
امروزه بحث از پایداری و توسعه پایدار بدون توجه به توانمندی های زیست محیطی شهر بی معنی خواهد بود چرا که عامل اصلی ناپایداری در جهان، شهرها هستند. بنابراین پایداری زندگی بشر در گرو پایداری زیست محیطی شهرها است. رویکرد های مختلفی برای رسیدن به تعادل وپایداری شهری ارائه شده است، یکی از این رویکرد ها شهر اکولوژیک است.رویکرد شهر اکولوژیک، رویکردی است جامع و یکپارچه که تمامی اهداف و ابعاد توسعه شهری را با محور قرار دادن پایداری محیطی، توسعه اقتصادی و عدالت اجتماعی مطرح می سازد. هدف این مقاله مقایسه تطبیقی نظریات متخصصان مطرح حوزه شهراکولوژیک است. پژوهش حاضراز نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی - تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت اسنادی و تحلیل محتوا بوده است.نتایج نشان می دهد در حال حاضر تأکید ویژه ای روی توسعه شهرهای اکولوژیک در سطح دنیا می شود و نظریه پردازان مطرح این حوزه روی مؤلفه های کالبدی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و منظر شهری تأکید داشته اند؛ در این بین شاخص های تنوع و اختلاط کاربری، کاهش آلودگی هوا، مشارکت اجتماعی وحمایت از تأمین نیازهای اجتماعی به صورت محلی همراه با عدالت اجتماعی، حمل و نقل پیاده، دوچرخه و عمومی، اقتصاد خودکفا محور به صورت محلی همراه با کشاورزی شهری و مشاغل سبز، صرفه جویی در مصرف مواد و انرژی، توجه به فضای سبز شهری، تمرکززدایی مدیرتی، تفکیک و بازیافت زباله و استفاده مجدد از مواد مورد تأکید همگی آنها بوده است.An analysis of the views and theories of the urban ecological approach
Today, the discussion of sustainability and sustainable development without considering the city's environmental capabilities will be meaningless because the main cause of instability in the world is cities. Therefore, the sustainability of human life depends on the environmental sustainability of cities. Various approaches have been presented to achieve urban balance and sustainability, one of these approaches is the ecological city. The ecological city approach is a comprehensive and integrated approach that presents all the goals and dimensions of urban development with the focus on environmental sustainability, economic development and social justice. The purpose of this article is a comparative comparison of the views of prominent experts in the ecological city field. The current research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied purpose. The method of collecting information was in the form of documents and content analysis. The results show that currently there is a special emphasis on the development of ecological cities in the world and the prominent theorists of this field focus on the physical, social, environmental, economic and landscape components. A city has emphasized; Among these indicators are the diversity and mixing of uses, reduction of air pollution, social participation and support for the provision of social needs locally along with social justice, pedestrian, bicycle and public transportation, self-sufficient economy locally along with urban agriculture and jobs. Green, material and energy saving, attention to urban green space, administrative decentralization, separation and recycling of waste and reuse of materials have been emphasized by all of them.
