الگوی نظری مصرف پایدار مواد و انرژی در شهرهای اکولوژیک (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
امروزه رویکرد های مختلفی برای رسیدن به تعادل و پایداری شهری ارائه شده است، یکی از این رویکردها، شهر اکولوژیک است. با مطرح شدن مباحث توسعه پایدار در سطح جهانی و رویکردهای آن به ویژه در حوزه محیطی، افق های جدیدی برای مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهری گشوده شده است. رویکرد شهر اکولوژیک، رویکردی است جامع و یکپارچه که تمامی اهداف و ابعاد توسعه شهری را با محور قرار دادن پایداری محیطی، توسعه اقتصادی و عدالت اجتماعی مطرح می سازد. هدف این مقاله الگوسازی مصرف پایدار مواد و انرژی در شهرهای اکولوژیک است. پژوهش حاضراز نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی - تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت اسنادی و تحلیل محتوا بوده است. نتایج نشان می دهد در حال حاضر تأکید ویژه ای بر توسعه شهرهای اکولوژیک در سطح دنیا می شود و در الگوی پیشنهادی مصرف مواد و انرژی شهراکولوژیک تأکید بر استفاده از انرژی های پاک به جای سوخت های فسیلی، استفاده مجدد از پساب فاضلاب شهری و بازیافت زباله جهت کاهش رد پای اکولوژیک، استفاده از زباله های آلی به عنوان کود کمپوست و آب باران برای کشاورزی، استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی مورد تأکید می باشد. همچنین استفاده از منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر و کارا ساختن مصرف انرژی دو راهکار اصلی تحقق پایداری انرژی، کاهش مصرف سوخت های فسیلی و به دنبال آن افزایش عرضه انرژی سالم و مدیریت سبز است.Theoretical Model of Sustainable Consumption of Materials and Energy in Ecological Cities
Various approaches have been so far presented to achieve urban balance and sustainability, one of which is the ecological city. As the topics of sustainable development and its approaches have been brought up at the global level, especially in the environmental field, new horizons have been opened for managers and urban planners. The approach of the ecological city is a comprehensive and integrated approach that presents all the goals and dimensions of urban development with a focus on environmental sustainability, economic development, and social justice. This study aimed to model the sustainable consumption of materials and energy in ecological cities. Regarding the purpose, this study is applied in nature and descriptive-analytical in method. Document analysis was used to collect data. The results showed that there was a special emphasis on the development of ecological cities in the world. In the proposed model of the consumption of materials and energy of the ecological city, the emphasis was put on the use of clean energy instead of fossil fuels, the reuse of municipal sewage effluent and waste recycling to reduce the ecological footprint, the use of organic waste as compost fertilizer and rainwater for agriculture, and use of solar energy. Further, using renewable energy sources and consuming energy efficiently were the two main ways to achieve energy sustainability, reduce fossil fuel consumption, and hence, increase the supply of clean energy and green management.
