چکیده
رفتار غیرکلامی دامنه ی وسیعی از رفتارهای انسانی است که پیام های ارتباطی را به وجود می آورد. برای شناخت رفتار اجتماعی انسان باید نظام ارتباطات انسان موردبررسی قرار بگیرد و قسمتی از ارتباطات انسان ها که مؤثرتر و واقعی تر به نظر می رسد ارتباطات غیرکلامی است. ارتباطات رفتاری یا غیرکلامی یکی از روش های مناسب یا هرمنوتیکی است که در شرایط و زمان و بافت و موقعیت های گوناگون برخاسته و تفسیر می شود و منشأ آن احساسات واقعی و درونی افراد است احساساتی مانند ترس، اضطراب، دلهره، پشیمانی، اندوه، حسرت و... ازآنجاکه مفاهیم و موضوعات مندرج در قرآن کریم، در کنار همه ی قابلیت های تفسیری و استدلالات دینی، دربردارنده ی مفاهیم فرهنگی و اخلاقی است سعی کردیم ارتباطات غیرکلامی و رفتاری که از طریق دخالت دست انسان صورت می گیرد را بررسی کنیم و به نظر می رسد به 6 حالت رفتاری غیرکلامی در قرآن در این زمینه اشاره شده است که اغلب آنها عکس العمل افراد در زمان پشیمانی و حسرت و ندامت است مانند (به دندان گزیدن دودست؛ افتادن در دست؛ بر هم زدن دودست) و یا به دلیل ترس و هراس شدید است (قرار دادن انگشتان در گوش ها)؛ و یا به دلیل خشم و عصبانیت و غضب شدید است (به دندان گزیدن سرانگشتان)؛ و یا به خاطر عناد و تمسخر کردن است (دست به دهان بردن) که در این پژوهش سعی می کنیم با به کار گرفتن روش تحلیلی و توصیفی و با بهره بردن از قرآن و تفاسیر به شرح و توضیح این عوامل در حیطه ی علم روانشناسی و اجتماعی و تفسیری بپردازیم.Body language and nonverbal behaviors in the Qur'an
Nonverbal behavior constitutes a wide range of human behaviors that generate communication messages. To understand the social behavior of man, the human communication system must be studied; a non-verbal communication is a part of human communication that appears to be more effective and real. Behavioral or non-verbal communication is one of the proper or hermeneutic methods that occur and are interpreted in different circumstances, situations and contexts; itsorigin is individuals’ real and inner feelings, such as fear, anxiety, regret, grief, yearning etc. Since the concepts and subjects contained in the Holy Qur'an, along with all the interpretive capacities and religious arguments, include cultural and moral concepts, we tried to examine the non-verbal and behavioral communication that occurs through human hand.It seems that there are six non-verbal behavioral modes referred to in the Qur'an;most of them are the reactions of people at time of regret, such as (stinging the teeth with hands, falling in the hands,hitting hands) or due to fear (placing fingers in Ears), or because of intense anger (stinging fingers by tooth), or for the sake of being ridiculing (taking hand to the mouth). In this research, we try to explain these factors in the field of psychology, social science and hermeneutics by using analytical and descriptive methods and benefiting from the Quran and interpretations. key words Fear, regret, anger, ridicule, hands, fingers
