چکیده
در نظام آموزشی کشور ما وجود کلاس های چند پایه واقعیتی اجتناب نا پذیر است کمبود نیروی انسا نی و فضای آموزشی و مهاجرت طبیعی یا اجباری و وجود مشکلات و مسایل مالی از جمله عواملی هستند که امکان تشکیل واحد آموزشی را با کلاس های تک پایه محدود می سازد. پژوهش های انجام شده در خصوص کلاس های چند پایه اغلب ناظر بر مساعل و تنگناها و چالش هایی است که مسعولان نظام آموزشی کشور در اداره این کلاس ها و تدریس با آن دست به گریبانند و به آثار و مزایای این کلاسهاو نقش و تاثیر آنها در تعامل های کلاسی بین دانش آموزان و تقویت بستر یادگیری آنان چندان توجه نشده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مشکلات و روشهای موجود تدریس در کلاس های چند پایه متوسطه اول است و بررسی پیشرفت درس ریاضیات دانش آموزی به نام علی است . . براساس نتایج به دست آمده بهتر است برای مدیریت کلاسهای چند پایه موارد زیر توسط معلم مربوطه اجرا شود: 1-دانش آموزان را با احترام صدا کند 2-نام دانش آموزان را به خاطر بسپارد3-مسعولیتها را واگذار کند 4-در بعضی مواقع معلم نقش منفعل داشته و به دیگران فرصت دهد در کلاس های چند پایه معلم می تواند بخشی از وظایف را به عهده یکی از معلم یاران واگذار کند و پس از انجام مسعولیت واگذار شده نظارت و بررسی کند و معلم یاران را راهنمایی کند.Students' academic achievement in mathematics in a multi-grade class
