برآورد تمایل به پرداخت برای ایجاد و استفاده از خدمات باغ های اجتماعی در شهرستان کرج (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
باغ اجتماعی قطعه زمینی که در منطقه شهری توسط گروهی از مردم مورد کشت و شهروندان در آن به باغبانی مشغول می شوند. یکی از راه های حفظ باغ ها و فضای سبز شهری، تبدیل آنها به باغ اجتماعی است. ایجاد، حفظ و توسعه باغ اجتماعی برای دولت دشوار و هزینه بر بوده و نیاز به مشارکت مردم دارد. در همین راستا سنجش و ارزیابی میزان مشارکت مردم در تامین هزینه های نگهداری و استفاده از خدمات باغ اجتماعی بسیار حایز اهمیت است. در این تحقیق، تمایل به پرداخت افراد برای احداث و استفاده از باغ اجتماعی در شهر کرج با استفاده از روش ارزش گذاری مشروط و تکنیک انتخاب دوگانه دو بعدی برآورد شد. برای بررسی عوامل موثر بر تمایل به پرداخت خانوارها از الگوی لاجیت و روش برآوردحداکثر راستنمایی استفاده شد. داده های مورد نیاز این تحقیق از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط 183 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار شهر کرج در سال 1400-1399 گردآوری شد. نتایج مدل لاجیت نشان داد که متغیرهای تحصیلات با اثرنهایی 09/0، تفریح و گردش با اثرنهایی 003/0، علاقه مندی به عضویت در سازمان های محیط زیستی با اثرنهایی 34/0 و تعداد اعضای خانوار با اثر نهایی 064/0 و قیمت پیشنهادی با اثر نهایی000008/0 - اثرات معنی داری بر تمایل به پرداخت افراد پاسخگودارند. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که متوسط تمایل به پرداخت ماهانه هر خانواده 111 هزار تومان برای بهره برداری از خدمات باغ اجتماعی است که این مبلغ می تواند یک منبع درآمد پایدار برای شهرداری و سایر دستگاههای ذیربط بوده و همچنین باعث حفظ و توسعه باغ ها و فضای سبز شهری شود.Estimation of Willingness to Pay for Createion and Usage of Social Garden Services in Urban Area: Case of Karaj
