بررسی و تحلیل فضاهای بی دفاع شهری با رویکرد آمایش (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 9 شهر تهران) (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
فضاهای بی دفاع تأثیرات مختلفی بر فضاهای شهری و زندگی شهروندان می گذارند که تأثیر بر افزایش جرائم و کاهش احساس امنیت شهروندان مهم ترین تأثیرات آن می باشد. شناسایی و بررسی نقش فضاهای بی دفاع شهری در وقوع جرم با تأکید بر منطقه 9 شهر تهران پرداخته شده است .روش تحقیق مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای، اسنادی و میدانی براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 150 نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه مشخص شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS و مدل وایکور انجام گرفت. معیارهای ناهنجاری اجتماعی، کمبود امکانات روشنایی و آلودگی نیز به ترتیب رتبه های اول تا سوم را کسب کرده اند. معیار ناهنجاری اجتماعی با وزن 2752/0 بیشترین وزن را کسب کرده بنابراین از اهمیت بیشتری نسبت به سایر معیارها برخوردار است. رتبه بندی براساس شاخص ویکور نشان داد محله استاد معین بهترین وضعیت را در بین سایر محله های منطقه 9 دارد. ناهنجاری اجتماعی با بتای 398/0 بالاترین تأثیر را بر کیفیت فضایی نسبت به کاربری های نامناسب و کمبود فضای تفریحی داشته است. مجموع متغیرهای بکار رفته (کیفیت فضایی و کیفیت اجتماعی و روان شناختی) 1/55% از واریانس فضای بی دفاع شهری را پیش بینی می کند. کیفیت فضایی، اجتماعی و روان شناختی در سطح (01/0<α)، قادر به پیش بینی فضای بی دفاع شهری منطقه 9 شهرداری تهران می باشند. ناامنی و نامطلوبیت محله منطقه 9 شهر تهران از حیث فضاهای بی دفاع و برخورداری این فضاها از چندین شاخص است. نبود برنامه مشخص از سوی سازمان های مرتبط برای چنین فضاهایی، چیزی جز تشدید خشونت، ناامنی، افزایش نرخ بزهکاری و خروج جمعیت بومی محله به همراه ندارد.Investigating and Analyzing Defenseless Urban Spaces with a Research Approach (Case study: District 9 of Tehran)
The research method based on library, documentary and field studies based on Cochran's formula, the number of 150 people was determined as a sample population. Data analysis was done by SPSS software and Vaikor model. The criteria of social abnormality, lack of lighting facilities and pollution have also won the first to third ranks respectively. The criterion of social abnormality has gained the most weight with a weight of 0.2752, so it is more important than other criteria. Ranking based on Vicor index showed that Ostad Moin neighborhood has the best situation among other neighborhoods in Region 9. Social anomaly with a beta of 0.398 has had the highest impact on spatial quality compared to inappropriate uses and lack of recreational space. The sum of the used variables (spatial quality and social and psychological quality) predicts 55.1% of the variance of the defenseless urban space. Spatial, social and psychological quality at the level of (α < 0.01) are able to predict the defenseless urban space of District 9 of Tehran Municipality. The insecurity and unfavorability of the neighborhood of the 9th district of Tehran city in terms of defenseless spaces and the availability of these spaces have several indicators. The absence of a specific plan from related organizations for such spaces brings nothing but the escalation of violence, insecurity, increase in crime rates and the departure of the native population of the neighborhood.
