چکیده
حسابداران مدیریت در سازمان ها دارای دو نقش کنترلی و مشاوره ای هستند. برخی ویژگی های این دو نقش با یکدیگر در تضاد هستند. حسابداران مدیریت برای اینکه در نقش های خود تأثیرگذار و کارآمد باشند نیاز به مهارت های متنوعی دارند. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی روابط میان مهارت های فنی، مفهومی و بین فردی حسابداران مدیریت با کارآمدی و تأثیرگذاری ایشان است. در راستای دستیابی به این هدف از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. برای این منظور 257 نفر از حسابداران مدیریت و مدیران مالی و حسابرسان داخلی شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس تهران که دارای واحد حسابداری مدیریت در سال 1400 بودند مورد پیمایش قرار گرفتند. به منظور تحلیل داده های پژوهش از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار پی ال اس استفاده گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد مهارت های فنی و مفهومی به عنوان توانایی های شناختی با کارآمدی حسابداران مدیریت و مهارت های بین فردی با تأثیرگذاری ایشان رابطه مثبت دارد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است ترکیب هر یک از مهارت فنی و مفهومی با مهارت های بین فردی موجب کارآمدی و تأثیرگذاری حسابداران مدیریت در ایفای وظایفشان در سازمان می شود.Skills, Influence, and Effectiveness of Management Accountants
Management accountant (MA) have two Consulting and controlling functions in organizations. Therefore, performing these two functions leads to conflict. Management accountants need different skills to be effective in performing their roles. Our study examines whether MAs, Financial managers and internal auditors believe that MAs need interpersonal skills, conceptual, and/or technical skills to be influential and effective in performing this expanded role. For this purpose, 257 management accountants, financial managers and internal auditors of companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange, which had a management accounting function in 2021, were surveyed and data were collected through a questionnaire. In order to analyze the research data, structural equation modeling based on partial least squares and PLS software has been used. We conclude that according to the internal auditors, financial managers and MAs’ perceptions, Technical and conceptual skills are associated with their effectiveness and interpersonal skills is influenced management’s decision making. We also find that technical, conceptual and interpersonal skills are jointly associated with the influence and effectiveness of MAs.
