چکیده
مقدمه : توسعه میان افزا، بازتوسعه اراضی خالی، رهاشده یا استفاده نشده و همچنین اراضی که نسبت به کاربری های مجاور به صورت مطلوبی مورد استفاده قرار نگرفته اطلاق می شود. رشد و گسترش افقی شهرها موجب شده تا از اراضی درون بافت شهرها استفاده مطلوبی نشده و این اراضی خالی یا رها شده ویا به کاربری های غیر مرتبط تبدیل شود وسعت شهر ها افزایش یافته درحالیکه امکان توسعه در درون بافت شهری وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش شناسایی و امکان سنجی توسعه میان افزا در منطقه 3 شهری کرمان است. داده و روش : این تحقیق از نظر ماهیت، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. گردآوری داده ها مبتنی بر روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی می باشد. برای بررسی میزان گسترش شهری از آنتروپی شانون و همچنین برای تهیه و تولید نقشه ها از نرم افزار GIS Arc استفاده شده است. یافته ها : در این تحقیق کاربری اراضی منطقه 3 شهر کرمان مورد بررسی و تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفته، اراضی که قابلیت کاربری شهری دارند شناسایی شده، در منطقه 3 شهر کرمان بیش از 5 درصد اراضی به کاربری های غیر مرتبط اختصاص داده شده و یا به اراضی خالی رها شده اند که درصورت توسعه میان افزا از این ظرفیت خالی می توان برای توسعه شهری استفاده نمود. نتیجه گیری : نتایج حاصل از مدل آنتروپی شانون نشان دهنده این امر است که طی سال های اخیر گسترش فیزیکی شهر کرمان به صورت پراکنده و غیرمتراکم بوده است، ظرفیت های موجود اراضی بایر بلااستفاده (میان فضاها) و کاربری های ناسازگار (کارگاهی، متروکه و نظامی) که در درون نواحی چهارگانه منطقه سه وجود دارد به عنوان اولویت های توسعه میان افزا جهت توسعه پایدار در نظر گرفته شدند.Intermediate development planning in Region 3 of Kerman city with a sustainable development approach
Introduction: Intermediate development refers to the redevelopment of vacant, abandoned or unused land, as well as land that has not been optimally used compared to adjacent land uses. The horizontal growth and expansion of cities has led to the fact that the lands inside the cities are not used optimally and these lands are empty or abandoned or turned into unrelated uses. The size of the cities has increased while there is a possibility of development within the urban context. The purpose of the research is to identify and feasibility of the development of intermediate in the 3rd urban area of Kerman. Data and Method : This research is applied in nature and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. Data collection is based on library and field method. Shannon's entropy has been used to check the extent of urban expansion, and GIS Arc software has been used to prepare and produce maps. Results : In this research, the land use of the 3rd district of Kerman city has been investigated and analyzed, the lands that are capable of urban use have been identified. It has been said that in case of intermediate development, this empty capacity can be used for urban development. Conclusion : The results of Shannon's entropy model show that during recent years, the physical development of Kerman city has been scattered and non-dense, the existing capacities of unused wasteland (interspaces) and incompatible uses (workshops, abandoned and military) which Within the four regions, there are three regions that were considered as intermediate development priorities for sustainable development.
