دلالت های تشبیه زنان به حرث در آیه223 سوره بقره با رویکرد تحلیلی - انتقادی آرای نواندیشان معاصر درباره آن

چکیده
یکی از تعبیرهایی که در قرآن به جنس زن نسبت داده شده، واژه حرث است. آیه 223 سوره بقره یکی از مهم ترین آیات مربوط به مسئله زن است که فهم درست این آیه تأثیر بسزایی در بازنمایی نگاه قرآن به موضوع زن و نتایج سرنوشت ساز آن دارد. در آیه حرث، با تشبیه زنان به حرث از نقش ویژه و انحصاری زنان در تکثیر نسل سخن به میان آمده است؛ اما همین امر باعث تشکیک و انتقاد به نظام حقوقی قرآن نسبت به ماهیت و جایگاه زن شده است. در این آیه، برای «تزیین سخن و رعایت ادب» با آوردن لفظ «حرث» به صورت کنایی به رابطه زناشویی اشاره شده است. هدف از این مقاله که توصیفی - تحلیلی است، تحلیل دلالت های مفهومی آیه حرث و پاسخگویی به تشکیک و انتقادهای وارده با تکیه بر مستنداتی چون خود آیه 223 سوره بقره، تفسیرهای موجود از آیه مذکور و قرائن قرآنی و روایی است تا از این رهگذر به دیدگاه واقعی نظام حقوقی قرآن درباره ماهیت و چیستی زن دست یابیم. با بررسی دقیق و همه جانبه می توان دریافت آنچه در این آیه آمده، نه تنها علیه حق زن نیست، بلکه در جهت حمایت از منزلت زن است. اگر در فرازهای مختلف آیه حرث دقت شود، هیچ دلالتی بر تفاوت ارزش گذاری میان دو جنس ندارد، بلکه از آیاتی است که ارزش زن و چیستی او را بیان می کند. به این معنا که در آیه به نقش ارتباط زن و مرد در فرزندآوری توجه شده است.The Arguments of Comparing Women to Harth (Plowing) in Verse 223 of Surah Al-Baqarah with the Analytical-Critical Approach of Contemporary Modern Thinkers about It.
One of the terms attributed to women in the Qur'an is the word harth. Verse 223 of Surah Al-Baqarah is one of the most important verses related to the issue of women, and the correct understanding of this verse has a significant impact on the representation of the Qur'an's view on the issue of women and its fateful results. In the verse of harth, the special and exclusive role of women in multiplying the generation is mentioned by comparing women to harth. However, this has caused doubt and criticism of the legal system of the Qur'an regarding the nature and status of women. In this verse, in order to "decorate speech and observe politeness", the word "harth" is used ironically to refer to the marital relationship. The purpose of this paper, which is descriptive-analytical, is to analyze the conceptual implications of the verse of harth and respond to the doubts and criticisms by relying on documents such as verse 223 of Surah Al-Baqarah, the existing interpretations of the mentioned verse and the Qur'anic and narrative arguments, so as to prove true view of legal system of the Qur'an about the nature and essence of women. Through a careful and comprehensive examination, it can be understood that what is mentioned in this verse is not only against women's rights, but also in the direction of supporting women's dignity. If you pay close attention to the different parts of the verse of harth, it does not indicate any difference in valuation between the two sexes, but it is one of the verses that discusses the value of a woman and what she is. This means that in the verse, attention is paid to the role of the relationship between men and women in having children.
