چکیده
رویداد ها نقش بسیار مهمی در ورزش ایفا می کنند و چنانچه به خوبی به آن ها توجه شود، می توانند سود عمده ای داشته باشند .هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی مقایسه ایی زیر ساخت های ورزش استان سمنان جهت برگزاری رویداد هایی ورزشی می باشد.مطالعه حاضر از دسته تحقیقات کاربردی است . به منظور سنجش وضع موجود، از روش مقایسه تطبیقی با استاندارد های ملی و بین المللی موجود و مقایسه سرانه ها استفاده شد. ابتدا اطلاعات و آمار جمع آوری شده در مورد مساحت و سرانه فضا ها و اماکن ورزشی سرپوشیده و روباز و ... به صورت جدول و شکل ارائه شد. سپس با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات مکانی (GIS) پهنه بندی و پراکنش آن ها ترسیم گردید. یافته ها نشان داد شهرستانهای شاهرود، سمنان و دامغان از وضعیت مناسب تری برخوردارند.وقتی تعداد فضایی ورزشی زیاد و در دسترس باشد در نتیجه مشارکت مردم در فعالیت بدنی بیشتر شده و تعداد ورزشکار سازمان یافته در رشته های ورزشی بیشتر می شود. بنابراین تلاش برای دریافت میزبانی رویداد های ورزشی، ایجاد و توسعه بخش سخت افزاری، احداث مراکز تخصصی ورزشی جامع و مجهز، توجه به تبلیغات رسانه ای از نکات بسیار مهم و ضروری به شمار می آیند و در کنار آن ها سایر عوامل مدیریتی می توانند نقش مؤثری در برگزاری رویداد های بزرگ ورزشی داشته باشند.با توجه به اینکه استان سمنان سوابق خوبی در برگزاری رویداد های بزرگ ورزشی دارد، می توان گفت قابلیت مناسبی برای میزبانی رقابت های بیشتر دارد.Comparative evaluation of sports spaces in Semnan cities for holding sporting events using Geographic Information System (GIS)
Events play a very important role in sports and if they are paid good attention, they can have major benefits. The purpose of this study is to compare the sports infrastructure of Semnan province to hold sports events. The present study is in the category of applied research. In order to assess the current situation, the method of comparative comparison with existing national and international standards and comparison of per capita was used. First, the collected information and statistics about the area and per capita of indoor and outdoor sports spaces and places, etc. were presented in the form of tables and figures. Then, their zoning and distribution were mapped using GIS. Findings showed that Shahroud, Semnan and Damghan cities are in a more suitable situation.
