صنعت گردشگری، بزرگترین و متنوع ترین صنعت در دنیا به حساب می آید. تأثیر گردشگری بر افزایش میزان اشتغال و درآمدهای ارزی، رونق صنایع داخلی، گسترش همکاری های بین المللی موجب شده است تا نگرش کشورهای دنیا به مرز آن تغییریافته و جایگاه مهمی در سیاست گذاری دولت ها پیدا کند. از این رو در این پژوهش، رابطه بین صنعت گردشگری، رشد اقتصادی و توسعه مالی با استفاده از رویکرد تصحیح خطای برداری (VECM) و با بهره گیری از داده های سری زمانی در طی دوره (1395-1368) بررسی شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین رشد اقتصادی و گردشگری رابطه مثبت و معنا دار و بین رشد اقتصادی و توسعه مالی نیز رابطه مثبت و معنا داری وجود دارد. توسعه مالی همچون گردش مالی راحت در کشور مبدا و استفاده ساده از ابزارهای مالی در جهت تامین مالی برای گردشگران در رشد این صنعت نقش بسزایی دارد. همان گونه که افزایش توسعه مالی سبب رشد اقتصادی می گردد، افزایش رشد اقتصادی نیز سبب بهبود زیرساخت ها و توسعه صنعت گردشگری می شود The tourism industry is considered as the largest and most diverse industry in the world. Effeciveness of tourism in increasing the employment rates and foreign exchange revenues, booming domestic industries, and expanding international cooperations has changed the world nations attitudes toward its boundaries, placing tourism in an important position within governments policy-making processes. In present research, we evaluated the Relationship between Tourism Economic Growth and Financial Development in Iran by using VECM approach and exploting time series data during (1989-2015) period. Research results show a significant positive relationship between both economic growth and tourism industry as well as economic growth and financial development, such as convenient turnover in the origin country for tourists and simple use of financial instruments for tourists financing plays the key role in growth of this industry. As the expanding of leads to economic growth, increased financial development results in economic growth which, in turn, improves infrastructures and develops tourism industry.
