چگونگی افزایش شرح صدر از طریق تغییر نگرش به دنیا با تأکید بر روایت «عَظُمَ الخالقُ فی أنفسهم فَصَغُرَ ما دونه فی أعیُنِهم»

چکیده
بهره مندی از شرح صدر باعث ایجاد تعادل روانی و افزایش کیفیت زندگی می شود. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که چه ارتباطی بین شرح صدر و نوع نگرش انسان به دنیا وجود دارد و روایت «عَظُمَ الخالقُ فی أَنفسهم فَصَغُرَ ما دونَه فی أعیُنِهم» در این جهت چه نقشی ایفا می کند؟ این مقاله که به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی سامان یافته به این نتیجه رسیده است که تأثیرِ تغییر نگرش به دنیا، به عنوان یکی از عوامل کلیدی در ارتقای شرح صدر، به این گونه است که انسان با کم ارزش دانستن شئون دنیا، تعلق خود را نسبت به آن کم می کند و با رویکردی زاهدانه باعث می شود در مواجهه با مشکلات و چالش های زندگی، دچار تلاطم واضطراب نشود و از آرامش بیشتری برخوردار گردد. چنین افرادی در برابر داشته ها و نداشته های دنیوی دچار نوسانات روحی نمی شوند، و این همان ویژگی شرح صدر است و برای تغییر نگرش به دنیا به خوبی می توان از روایت «عَظُمَ الخالق...» نیز بهره برد، زیرا میزان فهم عظمت الهی نقش بسیار موثری در کوچک شدن تعلقات دنیایی دارد و این کوچک شدن دنیا در ذهن انسان، عامل مؤثری در جهت افزایش شرح صدر است.Enhancing Sharh al-ṣadr (Spiritual Expansiveness) Through a Shift in Worldview with an Emphasis on the Narration “The Creator is magnified in their souls, so all else besides Him is belittled in their eyes
The attainment of sharh al-ṣadr (spiritual expansiveness) is instrumental in achieving psychological equilibrium and enhancing one's quality of life. This research investigates the relationship between sharh al-ṣadr and an individual’s attitude toward the world, with a specific focus on the role of the narration, “عَظُمَ الخالقُ فی أنفسهم فَصَغُرَ ما دونه فی أعیُنِهم" (The Creator is magnified in their souls, so all else besides Him is belittled in their eyes). Through a descriptive-analytical method, this article concludes that a fundamental shift in worldview is a key factor in promoting sharh al-ṣadr. This shift operates by devaluing worldly affairs as insignificant, thereby diminishing one's attachment to them. Adopting such an ascetic approach fortifies the individual against emotional turbulence and anxiety when confronting life’s challenges, resulting in greater tranquillity. Consequently, one remains largely unaffected by worldly gains and losses, a defining characteristic of sharh al-ṣadr. The cited Narration, provides a foundational mechanism for this perspective: a profound internalization of Divine Greatness directly leads to the belittlement of all else. This cognitive framing, which renders the world trivial, is thus identified as an effective means for enhancing sharh al-ṣadr.
