چکیده
بلاک چین یا زنجیره بلوکی یک سیستم مطمئن ثبت اطلاعات است که می تواند در ارتقای کارایی نظام حقوق مالکیت فکری مؤثر باشد. مسائلی مانند عدم احراز تاریخ خلق، شناسایی پدیدآورنده، اعمال حقوق مالکان فکری شامل حق نشر یا تشخیص استفاده از مال فکری از جمله چالش هایی است که می تواند با کاربرد فناوری بلاک چین به اطلاعاتی مهم و قابل استناد تبدیل شوند. مقاله حاضر با روش تحلیلی توصیفی سرانجام نتیجه گیری می کند که شفافیت، تغییرناپذیری، مصونیت از تحریف و جعل و حذف واسطه ها در زنجیره های بلوکی سبب شده این فناوری به گزینه ای بی بدیل برای ثبت دستاوردهای فکری اعم از آثار ادبی-هنری، علائم تجاری و غیره تبدیل گردد و ضمن تشکیل سابقه ای از هویت صاحبان حق اعمال حقوق مادی و معنوی و معاملات و مبادلات مرتبط با این اموال، ثبت، حفظ و بسته به نوع زنجیره به عموم یا گروه های مشخصی نمایش داده شود و سرآغاز یک تحول شگرف در اقتصاد اموال فکری گردد.Application of Blockchain Technology in Intellectual Property Registration
Blockchain is a Secure system of recording the information which can be effective in improving the efficiency of the intellectual property rights system. Failure to verify the date of creation, identification of the creator, applying intellectual property rights including copyright, detecting the use of intellectual property are some of the challenges that can be turned into important and reliable information with the use of blockchain technology. This article with a descriptive analytical method concludes immutable transparency, immunity from distortion and forgery, elimination of dealers, speed and other features of blockchain technology has become an irreplaceable option for record the works and intellectual achievements of mankind which, can forming a record of the identity of the right holders, exercising materials and intellectual rights, transactions and exchanges related to these properties.The record should be kept and displayed to the public or specific blocks depending on the type of chain, and it would be a great change in the economy of intellectual property.
