تحلیل جنسیت محور و قوم محور از سیاست های سلامت در خاورمیانه

چکیده
در سالهای اخیر، توجه به ابعاد جنسیتی و قومی در سیاستهای سلامت بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عدالت اجتماعی در خاورمیانه برجسته شده است. این مقاله با تمرکز بر کشورهای ایران، عربستان و فلسطین، به تحلیل نقش تبعیضهای جنسیتی و قومی در شکلدهی و اجرای سیاستهای سلامت میپردازد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که نادیدهگرفتن این عوامل منجر به نابرابریهای عمیق در دسترسی به خدمات سلامت ،بهویژه برای زنان و اقلیتهای قومی شده است. همچنین، سیاستهای غالب اغلب بهطور غیرمستقیم تعمیقکننده این نابرابریها هستند .مقاله با ارائه پیشنهادهایی برای اصلاح سیاستها، تأکید میکند که ارتقاء عدالت سلامت مستلزم ادغام رویکردهای جنسیتمحور و قوممحور در فرآیندهای تصمیمگیری و برنامهریزی است.Gender- and ethnicity-based analysis of health policies in the Middle East
In recent years, attention to gender and ethnicity in health policies has been highlighted as one of the most important factors influencing social justice in the Middle East. Focusing on the countries of Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Palestine, this article analyzes the role of gender and ethnicity in the formation and implementation of health policies. The findings show that ignoring these factors has led to deep inequalities in access to health services, especially for women and ethnic minorities. Also, dominant policies often indirectly deepen these inequalities. By providing suggestions for policy reform, the article emphasizes that promoting health justice requires integrating gender- and ethnicity-based approaches into decision-making and planning processes..
