چکیده
حقوق معلولان یکی از مسائل اساسی می باشد که تمامی کشورها با آن روبرو هستند و مسائلی که در طول تاریخ معلولان با آن روبرو بودند سیر چندان خوشایندی ندارد و در این خصوص نوع نگاه ما باید عوض شود، تا زمانی که نوع نگاه ها به معلولین تغییر نکند، توفیقی حاصل نخواهد شد معلولان به عنوان یکی از بزرگترین اقلیت ها که جمعیتی بالغ بر یک دهم جمعیت جهان را تشکیل می دهد در اکثر موارد از روی ناچاری به فقر، بیکاری و انزوای اجتماعی تن در داده اند. این افراد که بیش از دو سوم آنان در کشورهای در حال توسعه زندگی می کنند، در معرض اشکال مختلف تبعیض و محرومیت های اجتماعی قرار دارند. مسلم است که آنها به مانند سایر افراد انسانی، از کلیه حقوق و آزادی های اساسی که در اسناد بین المللی و داخلی به آنها اشاره شده، بهره مند هستند، در پژوهش حاضر وضعیت استخدام و اشتغال معلولین از منظر حقوق بشر و همچنین مبانی حقوقی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته شده است.The legal status of employment and recruitment of people with disabilities and its impact on improving their livelihoods
The rights of the disabled are one of the fundamental issues that all countries face, and the issues that the disabled have faced throughout history have not been very pleasant, and in this regard, our perspective must change. Until the perspective on the disabled changes, no success will be achieved. The disabled, as one of the largest minorities that make up more than one-tenth of the world's population, have in most cases been forced into poverty, unemployment, and social isolation. These people, more than two-thirds of whom live in developing countries, are exposed to various forms of discrimination and social deprivation. It is certain that they, like other human beings, benefit from all the fundamental rights and freedoms that are mentioned in international and domestic documents. In this study, the employment and employment situation of the disabled has been examined from the perspective of human rights and legal principles.
