چکیده
امروزه موضوع حقوق بشر یکی از مسائل حیاتی برای مردم و حکومت هاست. اگر چه حقوق بشر با تصویب اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر در سال ۱۹۴۸ میلادی مورد توجه و اسقبال دولت ها و ملت های پس از جنگ جهانی دوم قرار گرفت، اما متاسفانه بدلیل حاکمیت فرهنگ ها، نژادها، زبان ها و مذاهب نتوانسته است ضمن حفظ جامعیت و مانعیت خود، از ضمانت اجرای بین المللی حقوق برخوردار گردد، به نحوی که برخی از جوامع بشری به فکر طراحی نظام حقوق بشری متناسب با نیاز های اجتماعی و فرهنگی و سیاسی خود بر آمده اند. حقوق بشر اسلامی از جمله نهاد های مطروحه در کشور های اسلامی است که بنیان ها و بنیاد های خود را ریشه در منابع حقوق اسلام دارد که در مقایسه با حقوق بشر غربی از اصول و مبانی خاصی برخودار که متاسفانه برخلاف گفته هایشان حقوق بشر را نقض میکنند است را مشاهده .کلمات کلیدی: حقوق بشر، اسلام، غرب، حقوق بین المللSimilarities and differences between Islamic human rights and Western human rights
