بایسته های هنر مطلوب برای ترویج و حمایت توسط حاکمیت

چکیده
هنر به عنوان وسیله ای برای ترویج زیبایی و انتقال ارزش های بنیادین در بطن جوامع انسانی، نقش ویژه ای در فرهنگ سازی و ارزش آفرینی دارد. از دیگر سو هنر همانند دیگر مفاهیم و امور اساسی جامعه انسانی می تواند عامدانه و یا جاهلانه در جهت تباهی و تخریب فرد و جامعه به کار رود. فلذا حاکمیت دینی که وظیفه سترگ سوق دادن افراد و جامعه را به سمت سعادت دنیوی و اخروی دارد باید نسبت به هنر تعالی بخش و هنر فاسد و مخرب موضع عملی داشته باشد؛ هنر تعالی بخش انسانی را ترویج حمایت نماید و از هنر سوء و مخرب جلوگیری به عمل آورد. این ترویج و جلوگیری خود نیازمند دو امر مهم است: شناخت بایسته های هنر مطلوب و تعالی بخش و دیگری آسیب شناسی هنر به لحاظ آثار سوء و مخربی که بعضی از اقسام و مصادیق هنر بر فرد و جامعه می گذارند.در پرتو شناخت این بایسته ها و فهم آن آسیب ها، حاکمیت دینی قادر خواهد بود توأماً به صورت سلبی و ایجابی از هنر مطلوب در جامعه حمایت نموده و با ترویج آن در جامعه موجبات تعالی فردی و اجتماعی مخاطبین هنر مطلوب را فراهم نماید. این مقاله با رویکردی تحلیلی، و با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای به تبیین بایسته های هنر مطلوب جهت حمایت از سوی حاکمیت پرداخته است. از یافته های تحقیق حاضر می توان به پیشنهاد فرم مناسب و مطلوب از منظر دینی ، توجه به کیفیت زیبایی شناختی اثر هنری ، لزوم حقیقت محوری تعین هنری ، آگاهی بخشی و بایستگی مساله اهم و مهم در پدیده های هنری است.The Essential Characteristics of Desirable Art for Promotion and Support by the Government
Art, as a means of promoting beauty and transmitting fundamental values within human societies, plays a unique role in cultural development and value creation. However, like other fundamental aspects of human society, art can be deliberately or ignorantly employed to corrupt and destroy individuals and communities. Therefore, a religious government, tasked with guiding individuals and society toward worldly and spiritual prosperity, must adopt a practical stance toward uplifting art while rejecting corrupt and destructive art—promoting and supporting human-elevating art while preventing harmful and destructive art. This dual approach requires two critical elements: identifying the essential characteristics of desirable and uplifting art, and diagnosing the harmful effects that certain types and examples of art may have on individuals and society. By understanding these essentials and recognizing potential harms, a religious government can simultaneously employ both prohibitive and supportive measures to foster desirable art in society, thereby facilitating the individual and collective elevation of its audience. This study adopts an analytical approach and utilizes library research methods to elucidate the essential characteristics of desirable art worthy of governmental support. Key findings include proposing a religiously appropriate form, emphasizing aesthetic quality in artworks, prioritizing truth-centered artistic determination, promoting awareness, and addressing the hierarchy of importance in artistic phenomena.
