چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر تشریح مولفه های تربیتی مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی با تاکید بر پیام مقام معظم رهبری به مناسبت شهادت شهید سلیمانی است. این نوشتار از نوع پژوهش های کیفی با هدف اکتشاف است. قلمرو پژوهش مبتنی بر پیام بر پیام مقام معظم رهبری به مناسبت شهادت شهید سلیمانی و دیگر بیانات معظم له حول محور شهید سلیمانی راجع به مولفه های تربیتی مکتب شهید سلیمانی است. داده ها به روش فیش برداری و اسنادی، جمع آوری شده است. جهت کشف مضمون ها از روش تحلیل مضمون طی مسیر شده است. جهت استخراج مضامین پایه ای، مضامین فراگیر متن پیام رهبری و دیگر بیانات حول محور شهید مورد بررسی واقع شد. مطالب با روش "تحلیل مضمون" مورد بررسی واقع شدند. در نتیجه این بررسی، 104 مضمون پایه ای، 16 مضموم سازمان دهنده که عبارتند از : اخلاص، شجاعت، صدق، زهد، معنویت، تشرع، تخصص، بلند همتی، تربیت مکتبی، دگرسازی، خستگی ناپذیر، درایت، تدبیر، پایبندی به آرمانها، دشمن شناسی و استکبار ستیزی و 3 مضمون فراگیر که عبارتند از مولفه های تربیتی اخلاقی، مولفه های تربیتی مهارتی و مولفه های تربیتی مکتبی استخراج شد.The educational components of the school of Martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani in the system of Imam Khamenei's statements (theme analysis)
The aim of this research is to elucidate the educational components of the school of thought of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani with an emphasis on the message of the Supreme Leader on the occasion of the martyrdom of Martyr Soleimani. This study is a qualitative exploratory research that aims to identify the educational components of the school of thought of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani. The research is based on the message of the Supreme Leader on the occasion of the martyrdom of Martyr Soleimani and other statements of His Excellency about Martyr Soleimani regarding the educational components of the school of thought of Martyr Soleimani. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. As a result of this analysis, 104 base themes, 16 organizing themes (namely: sincerity, courage, truthfulness, asceticism, spirituality, religious commitment, expertise, high-mindedness, school-based education, self-transformation, tirelessness, prudence, prudence, commitment to ideals, enemy recognition and anti-arrogance), and 3 overarching themes (namely: ethical educational components, skill-based educational components, and school-based educational components) were extracted.
