Geotourism, as a type of sustainable tourism, has positive economic and environmental impacts. This study uses the M-GAM model to examine five geosites in Bushehr, including the scenic palm groves, the beautiful Jafrah pier, the large TV Park, the transparent and shell beach, and the salty Jashak Mountain. Using 30 questionnaires distributed to tourists and local experts, the necessary information was collected and statistical analyses were performed using ARC GIS, Excel, SPSS.26, and PLS software. The results showed that tourism values have the highest score (0.925) and scientific-educational values have the lowest score (0.420). The beautiful Jafrah pier has the highest score in the field of natural and man-made values, and the scenic palm groves have the highest score in other functional values. This study emphasizes strengthening tourism infrastructure and improving services in this region to maximize the high potential of geosites for tourism development.
