سنجش رضایتمندی شهروندان شهر شیروان از کیفیت و طراحی مبلمان شهری

چکیده
هدف اصلی برنامه ریزی شهری، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و ایجاد یک محیط آرام و جذاب برای شهروندان است و مبلمان شهری نقش مهمی در جذابیت این فضاها ایفا می کند. همچنین رعایت استانداردهای مبلمان شهری بهبود و افزایش کارایی این عناصر، پایداری بیشتر مبلمان شهری و بهبود رضایت کاربران را به همراه دارد. این روزها نقش مبلمان شهری در ارائه خدمات به شهروندان، بسیار مهم است و مسئولین امور شهری، به دنبال حفظ هویت و زیبایی سیمای شهر، علاوه بر ارائه خدمات، این مسئله را به عنوان یک اولویت مهم در نظر می گیرند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش مبلمان شهری برارتقاء کیفیت محیط شهری و رضایت مندی شهروندان شهر شیروان انجام گرفته است، که از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش توصیفی – پیمایشی است. گردآوری داده ها از روش اسنادی و پیمایش میدانی با حجم نمونه 293 نفر در شهر شیروان انجام گرفته است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از ازمون آماری خی دو وکروسکال و اطمینان 95 درصد در نرم افزار spss انجام گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از این است که از نظر پاسخ گویان کیفیت محیط شهری و مبلمان شهری از وضعیت مطلوب و مناسبی برخوردار نیستند و رضایت در حد کم است و عناصر مبلمان شهری نقش مهمی در ایجاد محیط های کار آمد و فضاهای شهری با کیفیت، محیط شهری و رضایتمندی شهروندان دارند، شهروندان از روشنایی محل سکونت، تابلوهای تزئینی و بیلبوردهای تبلیغاتی، ورودی های شهر رضایت مطلوب و مناسبی ندارند و رضایت درحد کم است.Measuring the satisfaction of the citizens of Shirvan city with the quality and design of urban furniture
The main goal of urban planning is to improve the quality of life and create a calm and attractive environment for citizens, and urban furniture plays an important role in the attractiveness of these spaces. Also, complying with urban furniture standards improves and increases the efficiency of these elements, brings more sustainability of urban furniture and improves user satisfaction. These days, the role of urban furniture in providing services to citizens is very important, and urban affairs officials, seeking to preserve the identity and beauty of the city, in addition to providing services, consider this issue as an important priority. This research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the role of urban furniture in improving the quality of the urban environment and the satisfaction of the citizens of Shirvan city, which is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. Data collection was done by document method and field survey with a sample size of 293 people in Shirvan city. Data analysis has been done using Chi-square and Kruskal statistical test and 95% confidence in spss software.The results of the research indicate that according to the respondents, the quality of the urban environment and urban furniture are not in a favorable and suitable condition and the satisfaction is low and the elements of urban furniture play an important role in creating functional environments and quality urban spaces, urban environment and the satisfaction of the citizens, the citizens are not satisfied with the lighting of the residence, decorative signs and advertising billboards, the entrances of the city, and the satisfaction is low.
