چکیده
تنش و منازعه میان واحدهای سیاسی در ابعاد مختلف داخلی، ملی، منطقه ای و جهانی، سابقه ای به درازای زندگی بشر دارد و همواره در طول تاریخ بشر مشاهده شده است. ضرورت کنترل و نظارت هر چه بیشتر جنگ سبب توسعه مفهومی تحت عنوان جنگ عادلانه شده است. به مانند اغلب ادیان الهی، دین اسلام نیز به مفهوم جنگ عادلانه پرداخته است، اما بررسی کم و کیف این مسئله از منظر اسلام و علی الخصوص متن قرآن کریم کمتر مورد توجه پژوهشگران واقع شده است. این مقاله سعی دارد به مهم ترین مصادیق جنگ عادلانه در متن قرآن کریم بپردازد. سؤال اصلی پژوهش عبارت است از اینکه "مصادیق جنگ عادلانه در متن قرآن کریم چیست؟". این مقاله بحث می کند که دین اسلام اصولی برای جنگ عادلانه توسعه داده است که در سه ساحت (قبل، حین و پس از جنگ) و هیجده شرط قابل بررسی است و این سه ساحت و هیجده شرط آن مورد توجه قرآن کریم بوده است و مصادیقی از این ساحت ها و شروط آن ها در آیات مختلف قرآن کریم قابل مشاهده است. امید است این اصول کشف، شناسایی و توسعه این اصول بتواند زمینه کنترل و نظارت بر رفتارهای خشونت آمیز و علی الخصوص جنگ از سوی انسان را فراهم آورد.Examples of Just War Theory in the Holy Quran
The tension and conflict between political units in various domestic, national, regional and global scales has precedents throughout human life and has always been observed throughout human history. The need to more control and monitor war has led to the development of a concept called just war. Like most of the divine religions, the religion of Islam has also dealt with the concept of just war, but the analysis of this issue from the perspective of Islam and especially the Holy Quran has received less attention from researchers. This article deals with the most important examples of just war in Holy Quran. The main research question is "What are the examples of just war in the Holy Quran?". This article discusses that Islam has developed principles for a just war that can be examined in three domains (before, during and after the war) and eighteen conditions and examples of these domains and their conditions can be seen in various verses of the Holy Quran. It is hoped that the discovery, identification and development of these principles can provide a basis for controlling and monitoring violent behaviors and especially warful behaviors of humans.
