چکیده
امروزه هوش مصنوعی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین فناوری هایی مدرن از ظرفیت قابل توجهی برای تاثیرگذاری بر سطح قدرت کشورها و شکل دهی به رقابت های منطقه ای و بین المللی برخوردار است. تاثیرات عمیق هوش مصنوعی بر جنگ های نوین نظامی، سایبری و اطلاعاتی به حدی است که برخی آن را در ایجاد یک مسابقه تسلیحاتیجدید و شکل دهی به نظم جدید جهانی، با سلاح های هسته ای دوران جنگ سرد مقایسه می کنند. در این راستا، هوش مصنوعی نظامی از جمله ابزارهایی است که می تواند موازنه سازی در مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. مقاله حاضر این سوال را مطرح می کند که بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی در عرصه نظامی چگونه می تواند توازن نظامی قوا در منطقه خاورمیانه را تغییر دهد؟ فرضیه مقاله این است که «هوش مصنوعی نظامی به عنوان «جانشین» نیروی انسانی و «ضرب کننده نیرو»، این ظرفیت را دارد که با افزایش فزاینده توان نظامی کشورهای منطقه، موازنه قوا در منطقه خاورمیانه را تغییر دهد». این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده وجمع آوری داده ها به صورت کتابخانه ای و استفاده از مجلات تخصصی و سایت های معتبر اینترنتی بوده است.The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Military Domain and the Prospects of Balance of Power in the Middle East
Today, artificial intelligence is one of the most significant technologies capable of influencing national power and shaping regional and international competition. Its profound impact on modern military operations, cyber warfare, and information warfare is so substantial that some compare it to the nuclear weapons of the Cold War, heralding a new arms race and contributing to the formation of a new world order. In this context, military artificial intelligence is one of the tools that can affect the balance of power in the Middle East . The article poses the question of how the application of artificial intelligence in the military sphere can alter the military balance in the Middle Eastern security complex. The hypothesis of the article is that "as a 'surrogate' for human force and a 'force multiplier,'" military artificial intelligence has the potential to change the balance of power in the Middle East region by increasing the military power of regional countries." The research employed a qualitative methodology with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data collection was conducted through library resources, specialized journals, and reputable internet sites.
