شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر دیپلماسی ورزشی ایران با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش؛ شناسایی عوامل موثر بر دیپلماسی ورزشی ایران با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا بوده است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای رهیافت کیفی انجام شده است. مشارکت کنندگان در تحقیق را صاحب نظران و مسئولان حوزه دیپلماسی ورزشی تشکیل می دهند. جهت نمونه گیری از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تکنیک نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده شد و نمونه گیری تا جایی تداوم یافت که پژوهش به اشباع نظری و کفایت رسید (11 نفر). همچنین جهت گردآوری داده ها از مصاحبه عمیق استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش برای اندازه گیری روایی و پایایی ابزار پژوهش از معیارهای «گوبا» و «لینکلن» و جهت تحلیل داده های کیفی از نرم افزار Maxqda نسخه 12 استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه ها نشان داد دیپلماسی ورزشی تابع دو بعد دیپلماسی ورزش جهت راهبری ورزشی و دیپلماسی ورزشی متأثر از عوامل سیاسی است. همچنین مشخص گردید پیش نیازهای دیپلماسی ورزشی ترکیبی از مقوله های فرعی کسب کرسی های بین المللی در ورزش، داشتن نقشه راه برای راهبران دیپلماسی در عرصه بین المللی، جریان سازی، قابلیت های مورد نیاز برای مسئولان روابط بین الملل، بسترسازی، تدوین برنامه راهبردی، سرمایه گذاری در جهت ارتقای قدرت نرم و آگاهی بین المللی است. به موجب این نتیجه به راهبران و دست اندرکاران دیپلماسی ورزشی پیشنهاد می گردد با فراهم سازی بستر مناسب برای عوامل مؤثر بر دیپلماسی ورزشی موجبات اثربخش تر کردن این عوامل را بیش از پیش فراهم سازند تا از این طریق شاهد پویایی و توسعه این قدرت نرم در عرصه بین المللی باشیم.Factors Affecting Iranian Sports Diplomacy Using Content Analysis Approach
The study is to identify the factors affecting sports diplomacy in Iran by qualitative analysis approach. It was conducted with qualitative approach and content analysis method. The statistical population of the study consisted of sports diplomacy experts. Purposeful sampling and snowball sampling technique were used and sampling was continued until the research reached theoretical saturation and adequacy (n = 11). In-depth interviews were also used to collect the data. The questions of this interview were open-ended and based on the purpose of the research. In this study, Guba and Lincoln criteria were used to measure the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Finally, Maxqda version 12 software was used to analyze qualitative data. The results of the interview analysis showed that sports diplomacy is defined by two types of sports diplomacy for sport leadership and sports diplomacy influenced by political factors. It was also found that the prerequisites for sport diplomacy are a combination of subcategories of international seats in sport, having a roadmap for international diplomacy leaders, streamlining, early capacities for international relations officials. It is the foundation, the formulation of the strategic plan, the investment in promoting soft power and international awareness. Therefore, it is suggested that sport diplomacy leaders and practitioners provide a better context for the factors influencing sport diplomacy to make these factors more effective in order to see the dynamics and development of this soft power in the field.
