چکیده
الهدف والمقدمه: لقد شهدت الدراسات الأدبیّه فی العقود الأخیره تطوّراً ملحوظاً فی تحلیل العلاقه بین الأدب والبیئه، حیث برز فیها مفهوم النقد البیئیّ کأحد المجالات البحثیّه الّتی تسعى إلى استکشاف کیفیّه تمثیل البیئه فی النصوص الأدبیّه وتأثیرها على الوعی البیئیّ. إنّ الاهتمام بالبیئه لیس مجرّد قضیّه علمیّه أو اجتماعیّه، بل تمتدّ حدودها إلى حقول إبداعیّه تضمّ الأدب، ولا سیّما الشعر الّذی یساهم فی تعزیز الوعی البیئیّ وتقدیم رؤى جدیده حول الطبیعه ومکانه الإنسان فیها. إنّ الشعر الحدیث، بما یمتلکه من طابع وجدانیّ وخیالیّ، یُعدّ وسیله فعّاله لنقل المشاعر والأفکار المتعلّقه بالبیئه، سواء عبر الاحتفاء بجمالها أو التحذیر من المخاطر الّتی تهدّدها بسبب التطوّر الصناعیّ والاستهلاک المفرط. یحتلّ النقد البیئیّ مکانه بارزه فی الشعر العربیّ المعاصر ویحظی بقدره فریده على إثاره المشاعر وتحفیز الخیال لتشکیل الوعی البیئیّ وتعزیز المسؤولیه تجاه البیئه. أمل دنقل شاعر مصریّ معاصر یتمیّز شعره بالطابع النقدیّ والصوت المتمرّد ضدّ الواقع المریر، حیث کان یعبّر فی شعره عن رفضه للأوضاع السیاسیّه والاجتماعیّه بقوّه وعنفوان. یفیض شعره بالمعاناه والمأساه والدعوه إلى الثوره والتغییر، سواء کانت على المستوى الشخصی أو الجماعی. عکس شعره شعوراً قویاً بالألم ومعاناه المجتمع، والصراعات النفسیه، والهواجس الاجتماعیه الّتی یواجهها الإنسان المعاصر أو الظروف الاجتماعیّه الّتی کان یمرّ بها المجتمع العربیّ فی تلک الفتره. یُعتبر شعر أمل دنقل ساحه ملیئه بالعواطف، والرمزیّه، والخیال، ممّا یتیح له تقدیم رؤى متنوّعه حول القضایا الاجتماعیّه والإنسانیّه، إضافه إلى أنّه یسهم فی بناء وعی بیئیّ یسلّط الضوء على البیئه الطبیعیّه والاصطناعیّه لمجتمعه. تعود أهمیّه اختیار شعر أمل دنقل کنموذج أدبیّ فی بروز القضایا البیئیّه إلی مدی اهتمامه بأبعاد السیاسه البیئیه ودعوته المتتالیه إلى حمایه الطبیعه کأداه لنقد وتحلیل التفاعلات الإنسانیّه مع البیئه، ودوره الفاعل فی نشر الوعی البیئی وتحفیز المجتمع على حمایه موارده الطبیعیّه. یشیر الشاعر فی العدید من أشعاره وخاصّه فی دواوین ("البکاء بین یدی زرقاء الیمامه" و"تعلیق علی ما حدث" و"العهد الآتی") إلی أهمیّه استخدام البیئه بشکل إیجابیّ وصحیح، والابتعاد عن استغلالها المفرط. هنا لا یقتصر أمل دنقل على نقد الإنسان فقط، بل یعرض صراعاً داخلیّاً بینه وبین مجتمعه، خاصه عندما یتوجه إلى نقد أولئک الّذین یفرطون فی استغلال الطبیعه، مثل قطع الأشجار والمخاوف الّتی قد تشعر بها الطیور، ممّا یؤدی إلى تدمیر البیئه والتسبّب فی الأضرار البیئیّه. من ثمّ تهدف هذه الدراسه إلى تحلیل الاتجاهات التعبیریه الّتی یعتمدها أمل دنقل فی شعره لحمایه البیئه، ودورها فی تکوین النقد البیئی ضمن أعماله الأدبیه وکذلک تستهدف استکشاف الدلالات والمعانی الّتی یسعى الشاعر إلى إیصالها من خلال توجهاته البیئیّه. المنهجیه: تعتمد هذه الدراسه على المنهج الوصفیّ - التحلیلیّ للکشف عن حضور النقد البیئیّ فی شعر أمل دنقل، مرکّزه علی دواوینه الثلاثه ("البکاء بین یدی زرقاء الیمامه" و"تعلیق علی ما حدث" و"العهد الآتی") وتحلیل النصوص المختاره فیها. هنا سیتمّ الترکیز على استخراج المؤشرات البیئیّه والاستعارات المستخدمه فی تصویر العلاقه بین الإنسان والطبیعه، بالإضافه إلى رصد توجّهات الشاعر فی التعبیر عن القضایا البیئیّه ضمن سیاقاته الشعریه المختلفه. ترتکز الدراسه على هذا المنهج فی استقصاء الأبعاد البیئیّه فی شعر أمل دنقل وتحلیل الصور الفنیّه والرموز والدلالات الّتی تسهم فی تشکیل رؤیته البیئیّه. المستجدات: یتّضح من خلال دراسه شعر أمل دنقل أنّ الطبیعه لم تکن مجرّد عنصر جمالیّ فی نصوصه، بل کانت حاضره ونشیطه بوصفها فضاءً نقدیاً یعکس رؤیته العمیقه للعلاقه بین الإنسان والبیئه. لقد استخدم الشاعر فی هذا المجال أسالیب تعبیریه متنوّعه، من الرمزیه إلى الاستعارات الطبیعیّه لیکشف عن الأثر السلبیّ لاستغلال الإنسان للطبیعه ویؤکّد على أهمیه الحفاظ علیها، کما أن نقده البیئیّ لم یقتصر على تصویر الدمار البیئیّ، بل یشمل أیضاً تحلیل الأبعاد الإنسانیّه وغیر الإنسانیّه الّتی تساهم فی تشکیل الأزمات البیئیه. تتجلّى رؤیته البیئیّه فی ثلاثه محاور رئیسیه وهی سیطره الإنسان على البیئه، والخصائص الإنسانیّه والخصائص اللاإنسانیه الّتی یمکن العکوف علی جمیعها فی حنایا عرض التفاعل بین الإنسان والبیئه. البحث والنتائج: تعکس سیطره الإنسان على البیئه فی شعر أمل دنقل انحیازه الواضح إلى عناصر البیئه والدفاع عن حقوقها. یظهر هذا التفاعل بشکل جلیّ فی العدید من قصائده ویصل إلى درجه یولی فیها الشاعر حیاه عناصر الطبیعه، مثل الشجره، أهمیّه تفوق أهمیّه حیاه الإنسان نفسه. یقدّم الشاعر فی تصویره لسیطره الإنسان على الطبیعه صوره بارده وقاسیه من النظم البیئیه الحضریّه الحدیثه التی تتّسم بالآلیه والمادیه؛ فیبتعد عن هذه الصوره المرعبه لیمیل إلى استخدام صور واقعیه وبیئیّه تمثل الطبیعه فی حالاتها الملموسه والمفهومه. قد تزداد سعه هیمنه الشاعر على الطبیعه فی شعر أمل دنقل لتشمل الأبعاد العامّه للبیئه مثل الأرض الّتی یقوم الشاعر بخلطها بالجوانب الأنثویّه. إنّ تدهور ظروف الأرض لا یُفهم فقط من خلال الصور الجنسیّه الّتی یقدّمها الشاعر، بل یُستشعر أیضاً من خلال تفاعل الأرض مع أبعادها الجزئیه الّتی تقوم على التدخّل البشریّ. قد یخرج الشاعر بالإنسان من مظهره الإنسانیّ ویُلبسه الملابس البیئیّه لیهدی انتباه القارئ بطریقه متنوّعه إلی تعزیز الفکره البیئیّه، حیث تبرز فیها المعاناه البشریّه والحیوانیّه بسبب التفاعلات السلبیّه مع البیئه وتؤدّی إلی جعل القارئ یتأمّل فی العلاقات المعقدّه بین الإنسان والطبیعه. قد یستخدم الشاعر الخصائص الإنسانیه للطبیعه لیمنح لها الحیویّه ویؤکد على أنّ الطبیعه کیان نابض بالحیاه یتأثّر بالإنسان ویؤثّر علیه فی الوقت ذاته.Environmental criticism in Amal Donqol’s poetry, an ecological study in the collections "Al-Bukaʾ Bayna Yaday Zarqaʾ Al-Yamama, Taʿliq ʿAla Ma Hadatha, and Al-ʿAhd Al-Atī"
Purpose and Introduction: In recent decades, literary studies have advanced considerably in exploring the complex relationship between literature and the environment, with ecological criticism becoming an essential area of inquiry. This discipline examines the depiction of the environment in literary works and the influence of these representations on environmental awareness. Environmental issues transcend just scientific or social dimensions; they permeate artistic domains, especially literature, where poetry significantly enhances environmental consciousness and provides novel insights into nature and humanity's position within it. Contemporary poetry, characterized by its profound emotional and imaginative attributes, functions as a potent vehicle for articulating environmental themes—either by lauding the splendor of nature or cautioning against the dangers of industrial growth and unrestrained consumption. Ecological critique holds a prominent position in contemporary Arabic poetry, leveraging poetry's distinctive capacity to elicit emotions and stimulate the imagination, therefore promoting environmental awareness and a deep sense of duty toward nature. Amal Dunqul, a modern Egyptian poet, is notable for his critical tone and combative stance against harsh circumstances. His poetry fervently articulates his repudiation of political and societal circumstances, echoing themes of sorrow, tragedy, and an unwavering need for revolution and transformation—on both personal and collective scales. His poetry encapsulates profound anguish, societal challenges, psychological dilemmas, and the fears of contemporary individuals, simultaneously mirroring the wider socio-political context of the Arab world throughout his era. Dunqul's poetry, characterized by profound emotions, symbolism, and vivid imagination, presents varied viewpoints on societal and personal concerns. Furthermore, his work enhances environmental consciousness by elucidating the complex interplay between society and its natural and built ecosystems. The importance of using Amal Dunqul’s poetry as a literary exemplar for addressing environmental issues arises from his deep involvement in environmental politics and his steadfast commitment to nature conservation. His poetry functions as a vital instrument for analyzing and evaluating human relationships with the environment, while concurrently highlighting the pressing necessity to conserve natural resources. In several poems, especially in collections like "Al-Bukaʾ Bayna Yaday Zarqaʾ Al-Yamama," "Taʿliq ʿAla Ma Hadatha," and "Al-ʿAhd Al-Atī," Dunqul underscores the significance of responsible and sustainable environmental usage, warning against its overexploitation. His critique transcends mankind, revealing an interior struggle between the poet and society—particularly in his denunciation of individuals who indiscriminately exploit nature, exemplified by deforestation, which inflicts harm on species and precipitates environmental degradation. This study intends to examine the expressive approaches utilized by Amal Dunqul in his poems to promote environmental protection. This analysis will investigate the influence of these techniques on ecological criticism in his literary works and elucidate the meanings and messages the poet aims to communicate via his environmental viewpoints.
Methodology: This study employs a descriptive-analytical methodology to investigate the manifestation of environmental criticism in the poetry of Amal Dunqul, concentrating on his three collections: "Al-Bukaʾ Bayna Yaday Zarqaʾ Al-Yamama," "Taʿliq ʿAla Ma Hadatha," and "Al-ʿAhd Al-Atī." The project will examine specific passages from these works to identify environmental indicators and metaphors that depict the link between humans and nature. Furthermore, it will examine the poet's methodology in articulating environmental issues across diverse poetic frameworks. Rooted in this framework, the study will explore the environmental aspects of Dunqul’s poetry, examining the artistic imagery, symbols, and implications that shape his ecological perspective.
Findings: An analysis of Amal Dunqul's poetry reveals that nature transcends mere aestheticism; it functions as a dynamic and essential realm that illustrates his deep comprehension of the interplay between humanity and the environment. The poet utilized several expressive strategies, including symbolism and natural analogies, to emphasize the harmful consequences of human exploitation of nature and underscore the necessity of its preservation. Dunqul's environmental critique beyond the basic portrayal of ecological devastation; it encompasses an examination of both human and non-human factors that precipitate environmental disasters. His environmental perspective is manifest in three principal domains: human supremacy over nature, anthropogenic traits, and non-anthropogenic attributes. These elements can be examined within the framework of human-nature interaction.
Discussion and Conclusion: Amal Dunqul's poetry illustrates humanity's dominance over nature, demonstrating his profound connection to environmental components and his support for their rights. This interplay is extensively featured in numerous poems, as the poet frequently prioritizes the existence of natural components, such as trees, over human life. Dunqul's depiction of human dominion over nature presents a sharp and relentless representation of contemporary urban ecosystems, characterized by mechanization and materialism. He separates himself from this unsettling picture by adopting realistic and innocent representations of nature, showcasing it in its pure, palpable, and approachable forms. In Amal Dunqul’s poetry, the poet's dominion over nature encompasses wider environmental aspects, particularly the ground, which he frequently attributes with feminine characteristics. The degradation of the earth's state is expressed not just through the poet's sexual imagery but also through the interplay among the earth and its constituent parts, all of which are influenced by human interference. Dunqul occasionally divests persons of their intrinsic traits, enveloping them in environmental images to guide the reader's focus in diverse manners, thus reinforcing the environmental message. This style emphasizes the suffering of both humans and animals resulting from adverse environmental interactions, prompting the reader to contemplate the complex relationships between humanity and nature. Moreover, the poet frequently ascribes human characteristics to nature, infusing it with vitality and affirming its status as a living being. Thus, nature is seen as both shaped by human actions and possessing the ability to impact mankind in return.
