چکیده
امروزه پژوهش درباره پدیده جهاد و مقاومت در ادبیات حکمرانی، یکی از برجسته ترین و بایسته ترین پژوهش های مورد نیاز است. مفهوم شناسی مفاهیم به کار رفته در اندیشه های حکمرانی، سبب فهم ژرف رویکردهای حکمرانی در صحنه عمل شده است و از تحلیل های نادرست برآمده از درهم آمیختگی مفهومی مفاهیم به کار رفته در گستره حکمرانی، جلوگیری می کند. مفهوم شناسی مفاهیم مقاومت، جهاد و دفاع در اندیشه حکمرانی آیت الله خامنه ای، سبب شناخت رویکردهای حکمرانی ایشان شده است و انتخاب مرزهای مفهومی سبب برگزیدن رویکردهای مناسب حکمرانی درخور با آن ها خواهد شد. در این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی _ تحلیلی از روش تفسیر متن محور برای کشف مفاهیم و نسبت سنجی مفهومی در اندیشه حکمرانی آیت الله خامنه ای استفاده شده است.یافته ها نشان می دهد که پیوند جهاد و دفاع، عام و خاص مِن وجه بوده است و دفاع، در معنای دفع مانع ایجاد شده به کارگرفته می شود. مقاومت هم گونه ای از جهاد است که در آن، رفع موانع به همراه دعوت و گسترش مدنظر است. در اندیشه حکمرانی آیت الله خامنه ای، رویکردهای سه گانه حکمرانی دفاعی، حکمرانی مقاومت و حکمرانی بر پایه جهاد ابتدایی وجود دارد که در رویکرد اول، تنها دفع مانع فعلی دشمن، منظور حکمرانی بوده و در رویکرد دوم، رفع کامل مانع و جایگزینی الگوهای اسلامی و گسترش آن در پهنه جهان مدنظر است. در رویکرد سوم هم نسبت به شرایط و اقتضائات، حکمرانی در پی صدور الگوهای اسلامی به کشورهای دیگر بوده و فرایندهای حکمرانی را برابر دعوت آن ها سامان دهی می کند. فراخور هرکدام از رویکردها بایسی تمامی الگوها، فرایندها، ساختارها و ارزیابی ها در گستره حکمرانی سامان دهی شود.Comparison Conceptual of Resistance (Jihad and Defense in the Governance of the Basic Resistance from the Perspective of Ayatollah Khamenei)
Today, research on the phenomenon of jihad and resistance in governance literature is one of the most prominent and necessary research. The conceptology of the concepts used in governance ideas has led to a deep understanding of governance approaches in the field of practice and prevents incorrect analyses resulting from the conceptual fusion of concepts used in the scope of governance. The conceptology of the concepts of resistance, jihad, and defense in Ayatollah Khamenei’s governance ideas has led to the recognition of his governance approaches, and the selection of conceptual boundaries will lead to the selection of appropriate governance approaches that are appropriate to them. In this paper, with a descriptive-analytical approach, the text-based interpretation method has been used to discover concepts and conceptual correlations in Ayatollah Khamenei’s governance ideas.The findings show that the connection between jihad and defense has been partial inclusion, and specific in nature, and defense is used in the sense of removing the created obstacle. Resistance is also a type of jihad in which the removal of obstacles is considered along with invitation and expansion. In Ayatollah Khamenei’s governance idea, there are three approaches: defensive governance, resistance governance, and governance based on primary jihad. In the first approach, governance is only intended to remove the enemy’s current obstacle, and in the second approach, the complete removal of the obstacle and the replacement of Islamic models and their expansion in the world are considered. In the third approach, governance seeks to export Islamic models to other countries according to the conditions and requirements and organizes governance processes according to their invitation. All models, processes, structures, and assessments in the scope of governance should be organized according to each of the approaches.
