چکیده
وحدت و همبستگی یکی از مواردی است که تداوم و پایداری نظام و ملت ها به آن بستگی دارد و به همین دلیل تمام ملت ها برای وحدت و همبستگی اهمیت خاصی قائل شده اند و برای حفظ این امر خطیر برخی امور را در فرهنگ خود مقدس و مهم شمرده و آنها را محور همبستگی خود قرار داده اند. نقش اجتماعی دین نیز اساساً در مجتمع کردن آن است: دین، چنان که از معنای آن بر می آید، پیوستگی های اعضای جوامع و الزامات اجتماعی را که به وحدت و یکپارچگی آنان کمک می کند ازدیاد می بخشد. چون ارزش هایی که زیرساخت سیستم های الزام اجتماعی هستند در بین گروه های دینی مشترکند، دین توافق و همبستگی گسترده یی را در سطح جامعه تضمی ن می کند، به علاوه، دین متمایل به حفظ ارزش های اجتماعی است. این حقی قت که ارزش های دینی مقدس هستند دلالت بر آن دارد که آنها در تغییرات مفاهیم دنی وی تغیی ر نمی کنند. علامه طباطبایی نیز بر اساس آموزه های قرآن بر نقش دین در ایجاد وحدت وانسجام اجتماعی تاکید داشته و جامعه مطلوب و پسندیده خود را منسجم و متحد و عاری از هرگونه تفرقه و تشتت می داند.متن
