چکیده
صنعت گردشگری یکی از بزرگ ترین منابع رشد اقتصادی در هر منطقه است. برای بیان اهمیت گردشگری و تبدیل آن به ارزش های پولی لازم است جاذبه های گردشگری با استفاده از روش های مناسب ارزش گذاری شوند. در مطالعه حاضر، ارزش تفریحی تالاب چغاخور استان چهارمحال و بختیاری با استفاده از روش ارزش گذاری مشروط برآورد شده و عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل به پرداخت با استفاده از الگوی لاجیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به این منظور ابتدا حجم نمونه بر اساس روش کوکران تعیین شد و سپس داده ها از طریق پرسش نامه و مصاحبه حضوری جمع آوری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای «درآمد»، «شغل»، «فصل»، «هدف اصلی بازدید» و «حداکثر مبلغ پیشنهادی» تأثیر معنی داری بر تمایل به پرداخت افراد دارند. هم چنین، متوسط تمایل به پرداخت برای هر بازدیدکننده 30،000 تومان در ماه است و ارزش تفریحی سالانه تالاب معادل 1،956،521 تومان در هر هکتار است که نشان دهنده اهمیت بالای تالاب برای بازدیدکنندگان است.Estimating the Recreational Value of Wetlands Using the Contingent Valuation Method (Case Study: Chaghakhor Wetland of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran)
The tourism industry is one of the greatest sources of economic growth. To demonstrate the importance of tourism and convert it into monetary value, it is necessary to value tourist attractions using appropriate methods. In this study, the recreational value of Chaghakhor wetland in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province of Iran was estimated using the contingent valuation method, and the factors affecting the willingness to pay were investigated using the logit model. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's method, and then the data were collected using questionnaires and face-to-face interviews. The results showed that the variables "income", "occupation", "season", "the main purpose of visit" and "maximum suggested amount" have a significant impact on willingness to pay. Furthermore, the average monthly willingness to pay is 30,000 Tomans and the annual recreational value of the wetland is 1,956,521 Tomans per hectare, which indicates the high importance of the wetland for visitors.
