تحلیل و ارزیابی چالش های تطبیق عملیات مدیریت کیفیت با صنعت 0/4 (مطالعه موردی: صنعت هدف منطقه شمال غرب)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تطبیق با عملیات کیفیت در صنعت 0/4 به یکی از مهم ترین چالش های اخیر صنایع تبدیل شده است؛ چرا که صنایع به منظور رقابت و بقا در بازارهای منطبق با فناوری های پیشرفته انقلاب صنعتی چهارم، ناگزیر به بکارگیری سیستم های باکیفیت، نوآورانه و هوشمندانه این انقلاب می باشد. هدف اصلی از این مطالعه، تحلیل و ارزیابی چالش های تطبیق عملیات مدیریت کیفیت صنعت لاستیک منطقه شمال غرب با صنعت 0/4 می باشد. روش بررسی: روش تحقیق بر مبنای هدف و چگونگی جمع آوری داده ها از نوع کاربردی- توصیفی و از لحاظ تحلیل، تحقیقی کیفی (دلفی) و کمی (آزمون آماری و تکنیک تصمیم گیری چندشاخصه) است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه، کارشناسان و متخصصان شرکت های فعال در حوزه صنعت لاستیک منطقه شمال غرب و با دانش کافی در رابطه با سیستم مدیریت کیفیت به ویژه ابعاد و چالش های صنعت 0/4 است که تعداد آن ها به دلیل نامعلوم بودن، نامحدود فرض شده است. به منظور دسترسی به نمونه کافی، پرسشنامه ها به صورت آنلاین، طراحی و در اختیار آزمودنی ها قرار گرفت. تعداد نمونه لازم برای آزمون فرضیه اصلی پژوهش: ("بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب مدیریت کیفیت 4 در صنعت، شکاف نامناسبی وجود دارد") و ارزیابی مناسب چالش ها از طریق جدول نمونه گیری مورگان و کرجسی به تعداد 384 است که نهایتاً پس از پیگیری های مستمر محقق، پرسشنامه های تکمیلی 395 نفر از کارشناسان به صورت آنلاین در نرم افزار اکسل فراهم شدند. به منظور شناسایی چالش های کلیدی در صنعت از روش دلفی بهره گرفته شد و پانزده شاخص تأیید شدند. جهت بررسی وضعیت موجود و مطلوب از آزمون مقایسه زوجی و آماره t استفاده شد. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتیجه نشان داد که صنعت در هفت چالش در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار داشته و در هشت چالش تا حدی از وضعیت مطلوب فاصله دارد که نیازمند توجه و برنامه ریزی جدی مدیران است؛ اما در کل، وضعیت صنعت از نظر کل چالش ها، تا حدی مساعد است. در نهایت به منظور رتبه بندی چالش ها از نظر اهمیت جهت مقابله، از تکنیک سوارا استفاده گردید. خروجی نشان داد که چالش کلیدی چهارم (کمبود مهارت ها) با بالاترین وزن در رتبه اول جای گرفته است و چالش های سیزدهم (امنیت سایبری و حفاظت از داده ها) و اول (کمبود حمایت مدیریت) در رتبه های دوم و سوم قرار گرفتند. همچنین چالش پانزدهم (سرعت اینترنت) با کمترین اهمیت در رتبه آخر قرار گرفت. در پایان، پیشنهادهای کاربردی به صنعت ارائه شد.Analysis and assessment of the challenges of adapting quality management operations to industry 4.0 (Case Study: Target Industry Northwest Region)
Background and Aim: Adapting to quality operations in the 4.0 industry has become one of the most important challenges of recent industries; because in order to compete and survive in markets that are compatible with the advanced technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, industries are forced to use high-quality, innovative and intelligent systems of this revolution. The main objective of this study is to analysis and assessment the challenges of adapting quality management operations in the Northwest region rubber industry to the 0.4 industry. Methods: The research method is based on the purpose and method of data collection of the applied-descriptive type and in terms of analysis, qualitative (Delphi) and quantitative research (statistical test and multi-criteria decision-making technique). The statistical population of this study is experts and specialists of companies active in the rubber industry with sufficient knowledge of the quality management system, especially the dimensions and challenges of the industry 4.0, whose number is assumed to be unlimited due to their unknown nature. In order to access a sufficient sample, questionnaires were designed online and provided to the subjects. The number of samples required to test the main hypothesis of the research: ("There is an inappropriate gap between the current and desired state of quality management 4.0 in the industry") and to appropriately assess the challenges through the Morgan and Krejci sampling table is 384. Finally, after continuous follow-up by the researcher, supplementary questionnaires for 395 experts were provided online in Excel software. In order to identify key challenges in the industry, the Delphi method was used and fifteen indicators were confirmed. Paired comparison tests and t-statistics were used to examine the current and desired state. Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that the industry is in a favorable situation in seven challenges and is somewhat far from the desired situation in eight challenges, which requires serious attention and planning from managers; but overall, the industry's situation is somewhat favorable in terms of all challenges. Finally, the SWARA technique was used to rank the challenges in terms of importance for coping. The output showed that the fourth key challenge (lack of skills) with the highest weight is ranked first, and the thirteenth challenge (cybersecurity and data protection) and the first (lack of management support) were ranked second and third. Also, the fifteenth challenge (internet speed) was ranked last with the least importance. Finally, practical suggestions were presented to the industry.
