بازطراحی بوستان میثاق کلانشهر اهواز با رویکرد ارتقاء رضایتمندی شهروندان و مدل یکپارچه SWOT

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پارک های شهری به عنوان یکی از فضاهای عمومی به دلیل داشتن کارکردهای گوناگون اجتماعی، اقتصادی و اکولوژیکی، جزء مهمترین بخش های محیط های شهری به حساب می آیند. این پژوهش سعی دارد معیارهای مؤثر بر طراحی پارک های شهری با رویکرد رضایتمندی شهروندان را شناسایی و سپس برای بوستان میثاق اولویت بندی نماید.روش بررسی: به منظور انجام این مطالعه تعداد 364 پرسشنامه در جهت بهبود نتایج در فصل بهار و تابستان سال 1397، در میان جامعه هدف (مراجعه کنندگان) به صورت تصادفی توزیع شد. در این بررسی سوالات پرسشنامه در چهار بخش تنظیم شد به ترتیبی که در بخش اول در ارتباط با اطلاعات شخصی، وضعیت اجتماعی، اقتصادی و گرایش محیط زیستی، در بخش دوم شاخص های عملکردی، بخش سوم شاخص های اجتماعی و در بخش چهارم شاخص های کیفیت بصری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتیجه آزمون ناپارمتری کارسکال والیس نشان داد که اختلاف بین پاسخ های 364 پرسشنامه در خصوص 16 متغیر مورد بررسی در این مطالعه در سطح 01/0 معنی دار است و نتایج مقایسه میانگین متغیرهای مورد بررسی نشان داد که متغیرهای ایمنی زمین بازی، پوشش گیاهی، تعداد فضاهای ورزشی، جذابیت روشنایی، فضاهای تفریحی، کیفیت بصری، کیفیت روشنایی و کیفیت فضاهای ورزشی بر اساس نظر پاسخ دهندگان از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار نمی باشند اما متغیرهای احساس امنیت، دسترسی به خیابان اصلی، دسترسی شهری، دسترسی به مکان های پارک و کف سازی پارک بر اساس نظر پاسخ دهندگان وضعیت مطلوبی دارند. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه می تواند در طراحی پارک های شهری با هدف ارتقاء رضایتمندی شهروندان بسیار موثر باشد.Redesign of Misagh Park in Ahvaz metropolis with the approach of improving citizens' satisfaction and integrated SWOT model
Background and Aim: Urban parks as one of the public spaces are considered as one of the most important parts of urban environments due to having various social, economic, and ecological functions. This research tries to identify the criteria effective on the design of urban parks with the approach of citizens' satisfaction and then prioritize them for Misagh Park.Methods: To conduct this study, 364 questionnaires were randomly distributed among the target population (applicants) to improve the results in the spring and summer of 2017. In this investigation, the questionnaire questions were set in four parts, in the order that in the first part related to personal information, social, economic, and environmental trends, in the second part functional indicators, in the third part social indicators and in the fourth part Visual quality indicators were evaluated.Findings and Conclusion: The results of the Karskal Wallis non-parametric test showed that the difference between the answers of 364 questionnaires regarding the 16 variables investigated in this study is significant at the 0.01 level, and the results of comparing the averages of the investigated variables showed that the variables of playground safety, vegetation According to the respondents, the number of sports spaces, attractiveness of lighting, recreational spaces, visual quality, quality of lighting and quality of sports spaces do not have a favorable condition, but the variables of feeling of security, access to the main street, access to the city, access to park places. According to the respondents, the flooring of the park is in a favorable condition. The results of this study can be very effective in the design of urban parks with the aim of improving the satisfaction of citizens.
