چکیده
در سال های اخیر، روابط بین چین و افغانستان به دلیل تعاملات ژئوپلیتیکی و اقتصادی، رشد چشم گیری را تجربه کرده است. چین به عنوان یکی از قدرت های اقتصادی برتر جهان، به دنبال بهره برداری از منابع طبیعی و معدنی غنی افغانستان، به ویژه لیتیم، می باشد. لیتیم که نقش کلیدی در تولید باتری های قابل شارژ برای دستگاه های الکترونیکی و ماشین های برقی دارد و یک منبع استراتژیک حیاتی برای چین محسوب می شود. در این پژوهش، به بررسی تأثیر ذخایر لیتیم افغانستان بر تقویت و توسعه روابط اقتصادی و امنیتی بین دو کشور پرداخته شده است .نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که همکاری های اقتصادی بین چین و افغانستان در زمینه استخراج و بهره برداری از ذخایر لیتیم می تواند منافع مشترک فراوانی را برای هر دو کشور به همراه داشته باشد. این همکاری ها نه تنها می تواند منجر به تقویت روابط دوجانبه شود، بلکه می تواند به افغانستان کمک کند تا به یک بازیگر مهم در بازار جهانی منابع استراتژیک تبدیل شود .پژوهش حاضر همچنین به تحلیل چالش های امنیتی و سیاسی موجود پرداخته و راهکارهایی برای فائق آمدن بر این موانع ارائه کرده است. این تحلیل می تواند به سیاست گذاران دو کشور در اتخاذ تصمیمات استراتژیک کمک کند و مسیر بهبود همکاری های دوجانبه را هموار سازد. کلمات کلیدی: چین، لیتیم،افغانستان، اقتصاد و روابط بین المللChina-Afghanistan Relations and the Impact of Lithium Reserves
In recent years, relations between China and Afghanistan have experienced significant growth due to geopolitical and economic interactions. China, as one of the world's leading economic powers, seeks to exploit Afghanistan's rich natural and mineral resources, particularly lithium. Lithium, which plays a key role in the production of rechargeable batteries for electronic devices and electric cars, is considered a vital strategic resource for China. This research examines the impact of Afghanistan's lithium reserves on strengthening and developing economic and security relations between the two countries. The results of this research show that economic cooperation between China and Afghanistan in the field of lithium extraction and exploitation can bring numerous mutual benefits to both countries. This cooperation can not only lead to the strengthening of bilateral relations but also help Afghanistan become an important player in the global strategic resource market. The present research also analyzes existing security and political challenges and provides solutions to overcome these obstacles.
