چکیده
هدف از انجام و ارایه این تحقیق در ابتدا افزایش دانش و بهبود بخشیدن به توانایی های علمی سابق بوده ثانیاً وظیفه تحقیق و تفحص و ارایه راهکارهای حفاظت از محیط زیست دریایی خلیج فارس را به عنوان یک تبعه ایرانی که عضو ناچیزی از جامعه بین الملل محسوب می شود بر خود واجب دانستم و با درک اینکه حفاظت از محیط زیست دریایی احترام به حقوق بشر محسوب است جایگاه فرهنگ و نقش آن در حقوق بشری لحاظ گردد. محیط زیست دریایی خلیج فارس به علت شرایط اکولوژیک خاصی که دارد و بهره گیری هایی که از این محیط و منابع آن می شود در معرض مخاطراتی به طور مستمر قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق کتابخانه ای به صورت گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از کتاب ها و منابع کتابخانه ای و همچنین استفاده از مقالات می باشد.The legal system governing the protection of the Persian Gulf marine environment
The purpose of conducting and presenting this research was, firstly, to increase knowledge and improve previous scientific abilities. Secondly, I considered it my duty to research, investigate and present solutions for protecting the marine environment of the Persian Gulf as an Iranian citizen who is considered a minor member of the international community. Understanding that protecting the marine environment is a respect for human rights, the position of culture and its role in human rights should be taken into account. The marine environment of the Persian Gulf is constantly exposed to risks due to its special ecological conditions and the uses that are made of this environment and its resources. The library research method is in the form of collecting descriptive information from books and library resources, as well as using articles.
