چکیده
هجوم بی رویه جمعیت به سوی شهرها لزوم طراحی مناسب به منظور ارائه خدمات ایمن، در دسترس و آسان را یک اولویت در برنامه ریزی و مکان یابی شهری معرفی می نماید، در این راستا با توجه به نقش پمپ های بنزین به عنوان عامل اصلی چرخه انرژی در حوزه حمل و نقل شهری و نیز آسیب پذیری و تاثیرگذاری بالای آن در نتیجه وقوع حوادث لزوم پرداختن به موضوع جانمایی و مکان یابی انجام شده جایگاه های مذکور را در شهرها یه ویژه در شهرهای مرزی مانند شهر زاهدان با توجه به شرایط خاص سیاسی، اجتماعی، امنیتی و اقتصادی دارای اهمیت می نماید. در این پژوهش سعی شده تا با همراه کردن نگاهی کاربردی به موضوع تاثیر پنج معیار اصلی که در متن به تفصیل به آن اشاره می شود، با توجه به شرایط خاص شهری زاهدان مبحث استقرار پمپ های بنزین شهری با لحاظ کاربری های پیرامونی با بکار گیری مدل Fuzzy AHP مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گیرد.این تحقیق به برنامه ریزان پیشنهاد می دهد تا در زمان جانمایی یک کاربری مهم و استراتژیک حتما به محیط پیرامونی، برهم کنش کاربری ها و تاثیرات فضایی و اجتماعی و امنیتی مستقیم و غیر مستقیم آنها بر هم دقت نماید و همچنین تاکید می شود تا همواره در کلیه جانمایی ها به رغم وقت گیر بودن مطالعات آماری و استفاده از مدل های رفتاری و ساختاری از این قابلیت های موثر در آینده نگری بهتر استفاده بیشتری صورت پذیرد. تا شهرهایی ایمن تر و تاب آورتر داشته باشیم.Investigating the location and distribution of gas stations in the city (case study: Zahedan city)

Gasoline fuel supply as the main factor of the energy cycle in the field of urban transportation, as well as its vulnerability and high impact as a result of the occurrence of accidents, the need to address the issue of location and location of the mentioned locations in cities, especially in border cities such as Zahedan is important due to the specific political, social, security and economic conditions. In this research, it has been tried to take a practical look at the issue of the effect of the five main criteria that are mentioned in detail in the text, considering the specific conditions of Zahedan city, the issue of establishing urban gas stations in terms of surrounding uses by using the model Fuzzy AHP should be investigated and evaluated. The reason for choosing this method is that it is more accurate than other similar methods.
