چکیده
گسترش جرایم مواد مخدر و تغییر در الگوهاى مصرف و نوع جرایم ارتکابى از سوى متهمان آن، مبارزه و پیشگیرى از این موضوع را با مشکلات بسیارى مواجه کرده و نیاز است تا با ارایه یک الگوى جامع ارزیابى و انعطاف پذیر براى سرانگشتان نظام مبارزه و مقابله با مواد مخدر (نیروی انتظامی، کلانترى و پاسگاهها)، مدیریت جرایم مرتبط را در دست گرفته و با نگاه به آینده، به سمت بهبود مستمر گام برداشت. آنچه مهم است نیروی انتظامی را می توان یکی از دستگاه های مهم و تأثیرگذار در امر مبارزه با مواد مخدر قرارداد و این نیرو در خط مقدم مبارزه با مواد مخدر قرار دارد و تقویت این نیرو در بعد مقابله و مبارزه با مواد مخدر از اولویت های اصلی ستاد است؛ بنابراین می توان گفت وظایف پلیس در مبارزه با مواد مخدر طیف گسترده ای از اقدامات را در برمی گیرد. در حوزه روش های اجرایی پلیس در مبارزه با مواد مخدر نیز طیف متنوعی از اقدامات صورت می پذیرد. نتیجه به دست آمده را بیان داشت: موفقیت اصلى شعب مبارزه با مواد مخدر نیروی انتظامی را در ارجحیت بخشیدن به بعد پیشگیرانه از اعتیاد خلاصه کرد. ارتقاء سطح آموزش هاى درون سازمانى کارکنان مبارزه با مواد مخدر نیروی انتظامی نیز موجب عملکرد بهتر در اقدامات سلبى و ایجابى مبارزه با قاچاق مواد مخدر خواهد شد.The role of the police force in preventing crime and fighting drug trafficking
