چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تلاش برای یافتن بهترین رویکرد و راه حل جهت احیا محلات تاریخی، چالش بسیاری را خصوصا در دهه های اخیر برانگیخته است؛ پژوهش حاضر در راستای این جریان، به بررسی نقش فرهنگ به عنوان یکی از مولفه های مهم که در سال های اخیر در حوزه های مختلف شهری و از جمله مرمت و بازآفرینی بافت های تاریخی، بسیار مورد توجه و استفاده قرار گرفته، پرداخته است.روش بررسی: از نظر هدف گذاری کاربردی و از نظر روش شناسی به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی است.در این راستا ابتدا با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، سوآت و با بهره گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و برداشت های میدانی، به بررسی ادبیات و مفهوم فرهنگ و فرهنگ شهری پرداخته و سپس سیر تحول و به کارگیری آن در فرآیند بازآفرینی بیان شد. پس از آن رویکرد محله فرهنگی با تاکید بر جذب گردشگران به عنوان متاخرترین رویکرد در این زمینه، به طور خاص مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد با مطالعه ادبیات مشخص شد که این رویکرد معیارها و اصولی را دارا می باشد که با بررسی و مطالعه دقیق این معیارها در واقع می توان آن ها را با بسیاری از کیفیت های مختلف طراحی شهری (کیفیت های محیطی) و محتوایی کارآمد مبتنی بر فرهنگ و هنر، تاریخ و میراث مکان ایجاد می شود که حضور این مولفه ها نقش مهمی را در باززنده سازی هویت و معنا ایفا می کند. ضمن آن که پویایی و حیات اقتصادی نیز به واسطه کاربری ها و فعالیت های مختلف بازگشته و به لحاظ کالبدی نیز پاسخگوی نیازها و عملکردها خواهد بود.Culture recreating the historical context with emphasis on attracting tourists (Case Study: Khaghani Street,Tabriz)
