چکیده
مقدمه و هدف : جو یکی از مهمترین محصولات کشاورزی در گروه غلات است که نقش بسزایی در تأمین غذای انسان، پروتئین حیوانی و به ویژه تغذیه دام و طیور دارد. هدف از مطالعه ی حاضر ارزیابی کارایی و بهره وری استان های تولید کننده جو آبی در طی دوره ی زمانی 1392 تا 1396 است مواد و روش ها : در این مطالعه به کمک روش تحلیل پنجره ای روند کارایی استان های منتخب کشور در تولید جو آبی بررسی شده است. با این کار می توان بهره وری استان های کشور را در دوره زمانی 1392-1396 مشاهده کرد یافته ها : استان خوزستان دارای بالاترین میزان بهره وری و استان مرکزی دارای کمترین میزان بهره وری را در دوره مورد بررسی در میان استان های منتخب دارند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: اجرای دوره های آموزشی و ترویجی جهت بهبود تصمیم گیری زارعین و هم چنین وجود برنامه مشخص توسط کشاورزان منطقه برای استفاده بهینه از منابع جهت افزایش کارایی توصیه می شود.Efficiency and productivity Measurement of Barley Water; Using Interval and Window Analysis Method
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency and productivity of the Provinces producing of barley water for the period 2013 to 2017. To achieve the purpose, the non-parametric method of analysis called interval data envelopment analysis and window data envelopment analysis are used, while assuming to the production barley water under constant and variable returns to scale condition. The results of efficiency measurement in interval analysis in terms of technically efficiency show that the Fars province on one hand and Sistan and Balochestan province on the other hand represents the highest and lowest efficient province, scoring with efficiency rank of 1 and 15 respectively. Also based on efficiency measurement in window analysis in terms of technically efficiency show that the Khozestan province on one hand and Markazi province on the other hand represents the highest and lowest efficient province, scoring with efficiency rate of 90% and 17% respectively. And since the window analize provides the possibility of calculating the efficiency during the time, so it provides the measurement of productivity.
