چکیده
یکی از بهترین راههای نجات شهرها از مشکلات اجتماعی و اقتصادی ، توسعه گردشگری شهری در بافتهای تاریخی با رویکرد بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا است . در بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا، عامل فرهنگ به عنوان یک راهبرد توسعه ای بسیار مهم در مقیاس محلی و جهانی مطرح است. ارتباط زیادی بین فرهنگ و توسعه گردشگری شهری وجود دارد. توسعه گردشگری به عنوان یک پدیده فرهنگی، گسترش دهنده فرصت های تبادل فرهنگی بین گردشگر و جامعه میزبان است. شهر مینودر یکی از شهرهایی است که از نظر آثار ارزشمند تاریخی در بافت قدیم آن ، با معماری غنی و ویژگی های منحصر به فرد در سطح کشور و جهان مورد توجه است. در این پژوهش، با رویکرد پیمایشی به برنامه ریزی توسعه گردشگری شهری با تاکید بر بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا پرداخته شده است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و تحلیلی است و با اتکا به مرور پیشینه تحقیق از سویی، بررسی اسناد مربوط به بافت تاریخی و مطالعات میدانی از سوی دیگر، به تحلیل مسئله می پردازد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که راهکار برون رفت از مشکلات و تجدید حیات بافت های تاریخی ارزشمند در گرو اجرای برنامه های است که بر راهبردها و سیاست های تعاملی بین بازآفرینی کالبدی و گردشگری فرهنگی شهری استوار بوده و در رابطه ای مستقیم با یکدیگر حیات واقعی و مدنی شهری را تضمین می کند.Investigating the development of tourism in recreation the basic culture (Case study: Historical context of Minodari city)
One of the best ways to save cities from social and economic problems is to develop urban tourism in historical contexts with the approach of recreating the culture. In the reconstruction of the base culture, the culture factor is presented as a very important development strategy on a local and global scale.There is a great connection between culture and the development of urban tourism. The development of tourism as a cultural phenomenon expands the opportunities for cultural exchange between the tourist and the host community.The city of Minodar is one of the cities that is considered in terms of valuable historical monuments in its ancient context, with rich architecture and unique features in the country and the world. In this research, with a survey approach to urban tourism development planning with emphasis on recreating the basic culture. The research method is descriptive and analytical, and relies on reviewing the research background on the one hand, examining documents related to historical context and field studies on the other hand, analyzes the problem.Findings show that the way out of the problems and revitalization of valuable historical contexts depends on the implementation of programs based on strategies and interactive policies between physical regeneration and urban cultural tourism and ensure a direct relationship between real and urban urban life.
