تبیین سیاست داخلی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در پرتو روش شناسی پیتر وینچ

چکیده
جهان اجتماع و انسانی، جهان فهم است و فهم بالاترین درجه شناخت پدیدهایِ اجتماعی و سیاسی محسوب می شود. در واقع بسیاری از سیاستگذاری هاو تصمیم گیری ها برای حل مسأله زمانی می تواند به سرانجام مثبت و تأمین منافع ملّی و انسجام اجتماعی و سیاسی منجر شود که در باب آن مسائل شناخت درست و راستینی انجام گیرد. شناخت درست و راستین زمانی میسر می شود که عاملان سیاست گذاری در تصمیم گیری به مرحله فهم از مسائل اجتماعی و سیاسی دست یابند. تحلیل و فهم پدیده ها و مسائل در قلمرو علوم انسانی در برخی از موضوعات از منظر معرفت شناسی اثباتی برای شناخت پدیده هاو مسائل را مبهم ساخته است. در این پژوهش سعی می گردد تا از منظر فرااثباتی و از چشم انداز فکری پیتر وینچ مسائل و پدیده های اجتماعی ایران مورد فهم و کنکاش قرار گیرد. با این فرض که فهم هر جامعه بر اساس اعتباریات همان جامعه امکانپذیر است. پدیده های علوم انسانی و اجتماعی از پیچیدگی های خاصی برخوردار هستند. این پیچیدگی، شناخت راستین پدیده هارا با دشواری های بسیاری روبرو بوده است. بررسی فهم مسائل سیاسی و فرهنگی جامعه ایران از نظر صاحبنظران و اندیشمندان جایگاه خاصی را در ایران به دنبال داشته است. در این پژوهش سعی بر آن است چگونه می توان از رویکرد روش شناختی برای فهم مسائل سیاسی و فرهنگی برای آگاهی بخشی به جامعه استفاده کرد؟ وینچ فیلسوفی است که با نگرش به قواعد و فهم اجتماعی با در نظر گرفتن اعتباریات آن جامعه مورد بازنگری قرار داده و از منظر معرفت شناسی فرااثباتی تبعیت نموده است.Explaining the Internal Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Light of Peter Winch's Methodology
The analysis and understanding of phenomena and issues in the realm of human sciences has always been done from the perspective of positive epistemology, which has made the understanding of phenomena and issues ambiguous. In order to understand Iran's social issues and phenomena, With the assumption that the understanding of any society is possible based on the beliefs of that society, The phenomena of humanities and social sciences have special complexities. This complexity has made the true understanding of the phenomena very difficult. Examining the understanding of the political and cultural issues of the Iranian society has had a special place in Iran from the point of view of experts and thinkers. Applying the method of qualitative content analysis, the present article tries to understand how the methodological approach of Peter Winch can be used to understand the political and cultural issues of Iranian society. Valid in relation to social and human phenomena, politics and culture have made the necessary use to reach the state of society. therefore Winch is the only philosopher who has paid attention and revised social rules from the perspective of validity and has followed the perspective of meta-affirmative epistemology.
