بررسی نقش مهارت های نرم در فرآیند آموزش معلمان

چکیده
مهارت های نرم مترادف کلمه "مهارت های فرد" هستند. این اصطلاح آن دسته از ویژگی های شخصی را توصیف می کند که نشان دهنده سطح بالایی از هوش هیجانی است. مهارت های نرم شامل مهارت های بین فردی نیز می شود که شخصیت یک فرد و روابط بین فردی او را با دیگران نشان می دهد. داشتن مهارت های نرم با ارزش ترین ابزار در قرن بیست و یکم برای رسیدن به موفقیت است. در همین راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مهارت های نرم در فرآیند آموزش معلمان می باشد.روش شناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی نظری و روش اجرای آن به صورت مطالعات کتابخانه ای و تحلیلی و توصیفی است.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان می دهد که هدف از آموزش، ساختن انسان های خوب با مهارت و تخصص است. انسان های روشنفکر می توانند توسط معلمان پرورش یابند بنابراین آموزش ابزاری ضروری برای دستیابی به پایداری در همه عرصه می باشد. معلمان وزن و مسئولیت آموزش را بر دوش می کشند و منبع اصلی دانش و ارزش هستند. برای معلمان، توانایی استفاده از مهارت های نرم موثر می تواند باعث ایجاد یا شکستن یک حرفه شود. بدیهی به نظر می رسد که چنین مهارت هایی در کلاس درس اهمیت زیادی دارند، مهارت های نرم هنگام کار با والدین، مدیریت و سایر معلمان نیز از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار هستند. چنین مهارت هایی می تواند اثربخشی معلمان را بهبود بخشد.نتیجه گیری: معلم نقشی حیاتی در جامعه ما و همچنین الگویی برای دانش آموزان مدرسه ای دارد. آموزش معلمان بر آموزش مدرسه تأثیری مواج دارد. برنامه آموزش معلمان با کیفیت منجر به آموزش با کیفیت مدرسه می شود.آموزش معلم نه تنها مسئول بهبود آموزش مدرسه است، بلکه مسئول آماده سازی معلمان شایسته، متعهد و حرفه ای است که می توانند نیازهای نوظهور سیستم و جامعه را برآورده سازند.Examining the Role of Soft Skills in the Teacher Training Process
Soft skills are synonymous with "personal skills". This term describes those personal characteristics that indicate a high level of emotional intelligence. Soft skills include interpersonal skills that show a person's personality and interpersonal relationships with others. Having soft skills is the most valuable tool for success in the 21st century. In this regard, the aim of the current research is to investigate the role of soft skills in the process of teacher education. This research is of the type of basic theoretical research and its implementation method is in the form of library, analytical and descriptive studies. The findings show that the purpose of education is to make good people with skills and expertise. Intellectual people can be raised by teachers, so education is a necessary tool to achieve sustainability in all fields. Teachers carry the weight and responsibility of education and are the main source of knowledge and value. For teachers, the ability to use soft skills effectively can make or break a career. While such skills are obviously important in the classroom, soft skills are also important when working with parents, administrators, and other teachers. Such skills can improve the effectiveness of teachers. A teacher plays a vital role in our society as well as a role model for school students. Teacher training has a ripple effect on school education. A quality teacher education program leads to quality school education. Teacher education is not only responsible for improving school education, but also responsible for preparing competent, committed and professional teachers who can meet the emerging needs of the system and society.
