چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی جامع مدیریت بحران در برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی انجام شد. روش تحقیق کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد با رویکرد نظام مند بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه صاحب نظران و متخصصان در حیطه نظری تحقیق و مدیران ارشد ورزشی با سابقه اجرایی گسترده در برگزاری رویدادها در سازمان های ورزشی بود. دراین تحقیق از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند مبتنی بر رویکرد نظری استفاده شد. جمع آوری اطلاعات به شیوه گلوله برفی تا اشباع نظری داده ها ادامه یافت و تعداد 14مصاحبه فردی نیمه ساختار یافته انجام گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد راهبرد های مبتنی بر توجه به الگوی منابع و زیر ساخت ها، عوامل بسترساز (تخصص و ویژگی های کارکنان و کادر، مدیریت سازمان، انعطاف پذیری و سرعت سازمانی و ارزشیابی از بحران) و عوامل مداخله گر (قوانین کلان، زیر ساخت های موجود و مدیریت کلان) پیامدهای سیاست گذاری راهبردی، مدیریت کارآمد، ارزشیابی، تغییر، تطبیق و سازماندهی را در پی خواهد داشت. در زمینه مدیریت بحران در رویدادهای ورزشی قبل، حین و بعد از وقوع بحران، منابع و زیر ساخت ها عامل و مسئله مهمی است که در مدل مدیریت بحران نقشی کلیدی و محوری دارد و بر این اساس می توان از مدل طراحی شده در زمینه مدیریت بحران در رویدادهای ورزشی کمک گرفت.The crisis management model in holding sporting events
The study is to provide a comprehensive model for crisis management in holding sports events. The research method was qualitative and based on data foundation theory with a systematic approach. The statistical population included all experts and specialists in the theoretical field of research and senior sports managers with extensive executive experience in holding events in sports organizations. In this study, purposive sampling method was used based on theoretical approach and data collection was continued by snowball method until theoretical saturation of data (14 semi-structured individual interviews were conducted).
The findings showed strategies based on the pattern of resources and infrastructure, bedrock factors (expertise and characteristics of employees and staff; organizational management; organizational flexibility and speed and crisis assessment); Stakeholders (macro-laws, existing infrastructure and macro-management) Consequences of strategic policy-making; Efficient management (needs assessment and selection tailored to the need); Evaluation, change, adaptation and organization will be followed by a comprehensive model of crisis management. In the field of crisis management in sports events before, during and after the crisis, resources and infrastructure is an important factor and issue that has a key and pivotal role in the crisis management model, and based on this, the model designed in the field can be Crisis management received help in sports events.
