سنخ شناسی و آسیب شناسی عملکردی موسسات رفاهی در حوزه کودکان کار (با تاکید بر ملاحظات سیاستی)

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه نهادهای و مؤسسات رفاهی مرتبط با کار کودکان است. کودکان به عنوان مهم ترین رکن هر جامعه نیازمند حمایت قانونی و نهادی هستند. روش پژوهش، تحلیل محتوا می باشد که داده های پژوهش طریق مصاحبه با کارشناسان مرتبط با حوزه کار کودک موجود جمع آوری شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد نهادها و مؤسسات رفاهی مرتبط با کار کودک را می توان به دولتی، عمومی، بخش سوم، بین المللی و طبیعی تقسیم بندی کرد که با چالش هایی مانند ضعف و عدم همکاری وزارتخانه ها و مؤسسات، اثرات منفی طرح های جمع آوری، وجود طرح های پایلوت بی فرجام، کمبود و نبود تجهیزات کافی، مواجهه با کودکان کار و خیابان به واسطه قوه قهریه، عدم احساس امنیت کودکان، نبود یک مرجع ملی و...مواجه اند.Typology and the pathology of the performance of welfare institutions in the field of labor children (with emphasis on political considerations)
The aim of this article is to study welfare institutions related to labor children. Children as the most important element of any society need legal and institutional protection. The research method is content analysis. the data has been collected through interviews with experts related to the field of child labor. The results show that welfare institutions related to child labor can be divided into Governmental, public, third sector, international and natural welfare institutions. Finally, these welfare institutions face with challenges such as Weakness and non-cooperation of ministries and institutions, Negative effects of collection projects, Existence of imperfect pilot projects, lack of sufficient equipment, using of coercive power, Lack of feeling of security, children, absence of aS national authority, etc.
