چکیده
منطقه خلیج فارس از دوره باستان در منطقه بین النهرین، به خصوص در زمینه تجارت و حمل ونقل اهمیت داشته است. چین به عنوان کشوری رو به رشد که در نظر دارد تا در اقتصاد گوی سبقت را از آمریکا برباید، در دهه های گذشته سعی کرده تا سیاست درهای باز را در سیاست و اقتصاد دنبال کند و برای همین، روابط خود با جهان را به سطح بالاتری ارتقا بخشیده است. از آنجا که در رسیدن چین به اهداف خود به خصوص در صنعت، نیاز به انرژی حرف اول را می زند، این کشور کوشیده تا این نیاز را از طریق رابطه با مناطق نفت خیز جهان برطرف کند که از نقاط مهم در این عرصه خاورمیانه و به خصوص خلیج فارس است. در دهه گذشته حضور چین در خاورمیانه و منطقه خلیج فارس موجب شده تا به یک بازیگر مهم در منطقه تبدیل شود. این کشور با ایفای نقش فعال در این نقطه از جهان، نیازهای اساسی صنعت خود را رفع کرده و از جانبی، با بالا بردن سطح روابط خود، به بازیگری مطرح و تأثیرگذار در منطقه تبدیل شده است. با تمام این اوصاف هنوز این کشور یک تازه وارد به منطقه محسوب می شود و در رویکرد خود با چالش های بسیار مواجه است. مقاله پیشِ رو با توصیف شرایط چین، به دنبال تبیین این مسئله است که چین در منطقه خلیج فارس چه اهدافی دارد و در راه دستیابی به اهداف خود چه الگوی رفتاری ای را دنبال کرده است؟ نکته مهم درباره حضور چین در منطقه پیوند منافع سیاسی و اقتصادی است. فرضیه این نوشتار نیز بر همین اساس شکل گرفته است و بیان می کند که چین در راستای دستیابی به اهداف توسعه طلبانه و در چارچوب توسعه مسالمت آمیز به دنبال رفع نیاز انرژی خود و امنیت آن، ارتقای طرح کمربند و جاده و سرمایه گذاری در زیرساخت های اقتصادی منطقه وارد تعامل با کشورهای منطقه شده و الگویی که در منطقه دنبال می کند شامل دوری از مداخله گری، برخورد رفتار تعادلی با کشورهای منطقه و دوری جستن از برخورد با آمریکا است.Reasons for the expansion of China's presence in the Persian Gulf (in the form of a peaceful development approach)
