تأثیر فناوری هوش مصنوعی بر آینده موازنه قوا در غرب آسیا

چکیده
ابزارها و سیستم های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی دارای ویژگی های خاصی هستند که باعث می شود کشورهای مالک فناوری های مذکور با بهره مندی از آن ها توان رقابت نظامی و اقتصادی بیشتری پیدا کنند و بتوانند توازن قوا را در نظام بین الملل به نفع خود بر هم بزنند. برتری ژئوپلیتیکی، نظامی و اقتصادی آینده جهان، توسط قدرت هایی تعیین می شود که فناوری های نوینی هم چون هوش مصنوعی را به نفع خود مدیریت کنند. روسیه و چین با سرمایه گذاری و رقابت در زمینه فناوری های جدید در اقتصاد، نوسازی نظامی و ابزارهای کنترل اجتماعی نظم جهانی تحت رهبری ایالات متحده را به چالش کشیده اند. این روند در غرب آسیا نیز آغاز شده است. اسرائیل، عربستان سعودی و امارات متحده عربی از پیشگامان سرمایه گذاری در زمینه هوش مصنوعی در این منطقه هستند و طرح های مختلفی برای بهره برداری از هوش مصنوعی در زمینه های اقتصادی و نظامی دارند. سؤال اصلی که در این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ دادن به آن هستیم این است که فناوری های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی چگونه آینده موازنه قوا را در غرب آسیا تغییر خواهد داد؟ یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد هوش مصنوعی با افزایش قدرت اقتصادی و نظامی کشورها، موازنه قوا در منطقه غرب آسیا تغییر خواهد داد. به این ترتیب عربستان سعودی و اسرائیل با افزایش توان نظامی و اقتصادیِ ناشی از هوش مصنوعی، موازنه قوا را در این منطقه به نفع خود دگرگون می کنند. این تحقیق با استناد به روش تحقیق تبیینی و با استفاده از داده های آماری و کتابخانه ای تدوین شده است. واژگان کلیدی: هوش مصنوعی، عربستان سعودی، موازنه قوا، نظام بین الملل، غرب آسیا، اسرائیل، قدرت نظامیThe Impact of Artificial Intelligence Technologies on the Future of the Balance of Power in West Asia
Tools and systems based on artificial intelligence have special features that make the countries which own the aforementioned technologies gain more military and economic competitiveness by benefiting from them and can upset the balance of power in the international system in their favor. The future geopolitical, military and economic superiority of the world will be determined by the powers that manage new technologies such as artificial intelligence to their advantage. Russia and China have challenged the US-led world order by investing in and competing for new technologies in the economy, military modernization, and tools of social control. This process has also started in West Asia. Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates are among the pioneers in investing in artificial intelligence in this region and have various plans to exploit artificial intelligence in economic and military fields. The main question that we seek to answer in this article is how artificial intelligence-based technologies will change the future balance of power in West Asia. The findings of this research show that artificial intelligence will change the balance of power in the West Asian region by increasing the economic and military power of countries. In this way, Saudi Arabia and Israel are changing the balance of power in this region in their favor by increasing their military and economic power due to artificial intelligence. This research has been done based on explanatory research method and using statistical and library data.
