ارزیابی و الویت سنجی پارک های شهری (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 13شهری کلان شهرمشهد)

چکیده
پارک های شهری؛ منطقه ای پوشیده از گیاه در داخل و اطراف شهر است که دارای دو کارکرد مهم برای شهر است. تعدیل دما، تلطیف هوا و زیبایی. با توجه به کمبود سرانه فضای سبز و توزیع نامناسب آن درکلان شهرمشهد و اهمیت این موضوع در این پژوهش به ارزیابی واولویت سنجی پارک های موجود در منطقه 13 شهری کلانشهرمشهد بر اساس6 شاخص؛ امکانات، زیبایی، امنیت، دسترسی، توزیع- پراکندگی، مساحت – وسعت؛ و استفاده از مدل تاپسیس پرداخته شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی با تاکید بر جنبه کاربردی و جمع آوری اطلاعات بر اساس پیمایش میدانی بوده است. نتایج حاصل از یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد؛ از میان 13 پارک موجود در منطقه ثامن کلانشهرمشهد؛ تنها پارک امورشهراست که شاخص-های مطلوبیت و کیفیت آن تا حدی ارتقاء یافته است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از مدل تاپسیس حاکی از آن است که پارک امور شهر با رتبه (CL) 993/0، پارک شهید فهمیده با رتبه(CL) 773/0، پارک میر با رتبه(CL) 625/0 دارای بالاترین و پارک کوچه عیدگاه با رتبه(CL)240/0، و پارک جاویدان با رتبه(CL)185/0 و پارک بهاالتولیه با رتبه(CL) 140/0 دارای کمترین کیفیت و مطلوبیت می باشند.The Evaluation and Prioritization of Urban Parks (Case Study: The Region 13 Mashhad Metropolis)
City parks embody regions covered with plants that capture in and around cities, with two eminent functions including temperature adjustment, weather moderation and beauty. Due to the lack of green spaces per capita and its inappropriate distribution in mashhad metropoli the current study tends to draw more attention toward evaluating and prioritizing the existing parks in the region 13th mashhad metropolis. The indicators such as Facilities, beauty, security, access, distribution-scattering, space and the use of the TOPSIS model have been discussed. The descriptive-analytical research method was based on field survey with emphasis on the practical aspect and data collection. The results of the research findings show; among the 13 parks in the samen region of mashhad metropolis; the only park is omurshahr that its desirability and quality indicators have been upgraded to some extent. Also, the results of the TOPSIS model indicate that the park of the Amurshahr with score 0/993, shahid fahmideh park with score 0/773, mir park 0/625 places the highest. Eidgah alley with score 0/240 and javidan park 0/185 and bah al-tolieh park 0/140 have the lowest quality and desirability.
