چکیده
هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر واکاوی روایت ها و تجارب زیسته ی دوران تحصیلی یک دانشجو معلم به عنوان عامل تأثیرگذار بر اخلاق حرفه ای نویسنده است. بدین منظور در این پژوهش ابتدا خاطرات تأثیرگذار در سه دوره ی مدرسه؛ یعنی ابتدایی، متوسطه ی اول و دوم جمع آوری شد. در مرحله ی بعدی هر یک از خاطرات کدگذاری شد و مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع روایت پژوهی است و روش تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات این پژوهش کدگذاری های متعارف است که تعداد 310 کد باز و 23 محور استخراج شد. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش تمامی روایت های دوران ابتدایی و متوسطه ی اول و دوم است و در هر روایت خاطرات برجسته و جملات مهم به عنوان نمونه آمده است. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات مشاهده، بررسی دفترچه ی خاطرات و مصاحبه با دوستان دوران تحصیلی بوده است. یافته های حاصل از این پژوهش باعث به وجودآمدن ۳۱۰ کد باز و ۲۳ محور شده است که این ۲۳ محور در آخر به 4 مقوله ی وسیع تر با عنوان محیط آموزشی، مهارت های شغلی و حرفه ای، عوامل درونی مؤثر بر عملکرد تحصیلی و عوامل بیرونی مؤثر بر عملکرد تحصیلی تبدیل شده است. در انتها این یافته ها باعث شناسایی عامل تأثیرگذار بر اخلاق حرفه ای شد که در یک مدل تحلیلی-استنباطی ارائه گردید که نشان می دهد این مطالعه این امکان را برای معلمان و دانشجو معلمان به وجود می آورد تا اخلاق حرفه ای را در خود پرورش داده و دانش، مهارت و نگرش های حرفه ای خود را توسعه دهند.Analyzing the narratives and lived experiences of a student teacher as an influencing factor on teachers' professional ethics
The general purpose of the present research is to analyze the narratives and lived experiences of a student-teacher's academic life as a factor affecting the professional ethics of the writer. For this purpose, in this research, firstly, the influential memories in three periods of school; That is, primary, first and second secondary were collected. In the next step, each of the memories was coded and analyzed. The current research is qualitative and of narrative research type, and the data analysis method of this research is conventional coding, in which 310 open codes and 23 axes were extracted. The statistical population of this research is all the narratives of primary and secondary school, and in each narrative, prominent memories and important sentences are given as examples. The method of data collection was observation, checking diaries and interviewing friends from school. The findings of this research have led to the creation of 310 open codes and 23 axes, which have finally been transformed into 4 broader categories such as educational environment, job and professional skills, internal factors affecting academic performance, and external factors affecting academic performance. In the end, these findings led to the identification of the influencing factor on professional ethics, which was presented in an analytical-inferential model, which shows that this study provides the possibility for teachers and student teachers to develop professional ethics and to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes.
