چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و شناسایی ضعف های معلمان در مدیریت کلاس های چندپایه دوره ابتدایی می باشد. روش تحقیق پژوهش روش کیفی از نوع داده بنیاد می باشد و مطالب مورد نیاز نوت برداری شده اند. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز بر اساس مقایسه و طبقه بندی کدهای بدست آمده(باز،محوری،گزینشی) صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدرسه های چندپایه مختلط روستایی ناحیه2 شهرستان ساری می باشد.نمونه آماری پژوهش نیز به صورت خوشه گیری چند مرحله ای انتخاب شده است. بدین صورت که از بین مدارس روستایی چندپایه ناحیه 2 شهرستان ساری، یک دبستان چندپایه در حاشیه شهر انتخاب شده است و در آن مدرسه، 5 کلاس برای انجام پژوهش انتخاب شده است.نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که عمده ضعف های معلم کلاس به چهار ضعف1. برخورد عاطفی ناصحیح با دانش آموزان2. ارائه تقویت منفی و بازخوردهای اشتباه به دانش آموزان3. عدم برنامه ریزی مناسب توسط معلم4. عدم رعایت اصول تدریس توسط معلم، بر میگردد.Investigating and identifying the weaknesses of teachers in the management of multi-grade classes in elementary school based on the data theory of foundation
The purpose of this study is to investigate and identify the weaknesses of teachers in the management of multi-grade classrooms in elementary school. Research method The research method is a qualitative method of the data type of the foundation and the required materials have been recorded. The data analysis method was based on comparison and classification of the obtained codes (open, axial, selective). The statistical population of the study is mixed multi-grade rural schools in District 2 of Sari city. The statistical sample of the research has been selected as multi-stage clustering. Thus, among the multi-grade rural schools in District 2 of Sari city, a multi-grade primary school on the outskirts of the city has been selected and in that school, 5 classes have been selected for research. The results show that the main weaknesses of the class teacher are four. Weakness 1. Improper emotional treatment of students 2. Provide negative reinforcement and wrong feedback to students 3. Lack of proper planning by the teacher 4. Non-observance of teaching principles by the teacher is due.
