تبیین مبانی فقهی اندیشه های آیت الله خامنه ای در موضوع "حمایت از کالای ایرانی"

چکیده
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی، "اقتصاد مقاومتی" را به صورت جامع تبیین نشده، لذا دلالت قواعد فقهی و مستندات قرآنی و روایی موضوع بررسی شد. آیاتی که بر موضوع دلالت دارند در شش دسته تقسیم بندی گردید: اعتقاد به رزاقیت خدا، اقامه قسط و همیاری، عدم اعتماد به ظالم، هشیاری و خودباوری و آمادگی، استقامت و اعتدال در زندگی، عدم سلطه کفار. روایات نیز درچهار دسته طبقه بندی شد: تأکید بر تلاش برای کسب و کار، عبادت بودن کسب روزی حلال، عزّت در تلاش برای کسب روزی حلال، بهترین راهبرد مقابله با اقدامات سلطه گرانه مطرح و برموضوع "حمایت از کالای ایرانی" به عنوان ستون فقرات اقتصاد مقاومتی اصرار نموده اند. تاکنون مبانی اندیشه های فقهی ایشان در این زمینه اکتفا به توانمندی خود و خودداری از وابستگی به دیگران. همچنین تعداد نه قاعده یافت شد که بر موضوع دلالت داشت که این قواعد عبارتند از: نفی سبیل ، لا ضرر، حفظ نظام، سلطنت، ولایت حاکم، حرمت اعانت بر اثم، الامتناع بالاختیار لاینافی الاختیار، اتلاف، احترام مال المسلم و عمله. نتیجه اینکه: موضوع، از زیربنای متقن فقهی برخوردار است. این پژوهش از نوع نظری و با روش تحقیق کیفی (توصیفی، تحلیلی) صورت پذیرفته است.Explanation of the jurisprudential foundations of Ayatollah Khamenei's thoughts on the subject of "supporting Iranian goods"
The Supreme Leader insist on "supporting the Iranian commodity" as the backbone of the resistance economy.The foundations of his jurisprudential have no yet been comprehensively explained. So the jurisprudential foundations and Quranic and narrative documents was studied.There are verses in this issue, dividing into six groups: believing in God’s giving, setting up a premium and help in good, non-trust in unjust, consciousness, self-esteem and preparedness, endurance in life, and moderation in consumption, non-domination of unbelievers. In this context, the narratives that explain the issue were also brought in four categories: the emphasis on business endeavors, the fact that halal business is a worship, dignity in the quest for a halal business, self-empowerment, and the avoidance of dependence on others. Also by reviewing the jurisprudential texts, there were nine rules that indicated the issue, including: nafye sabil, La zarrar, Preserving the regime, monarchy, ruling providence, forbidding of assisting in forbidden, being involuntary doesn’t mean, waste, respect to Muslim capital and doing. The result is that the subject is based on a firm jurisprudential basis.
