چکیده
قرآن کریم، منبع بنیادین اندیشه سیاسی اسلام به شمار می آید و باید برای شناخت دقیق عناصر آن به این منبع مراجعه کرد، از آن جا که برپایی عدالت، هدف ارسال پیامبران الهی بیان شده است، طبعا می توان باور داشت که دست کم راهبردهای آن از آیات الهی قابل استنباط باشد تا در گامهای بعد، برنامه ها و راهکارهای مطلوب دستیابی به عدالت سیاسی، تنظیم گردد. این نوشتار در جستجوی یکی از عناصر تاثیرگذار و بنیادین نظریه عدالت سیاسی، یعنی راهکارهای دستیابی به آن از منظر قرآن کریم می-باشد، برای پاسخ به پرسش طرح شده، با روش تفسیر اجتهادی بر این امر تاکید شده است که راهکارهای دستیابی به عدالت سیاسی را به طور عمده می توان در مواردی چون نهادینگی عدالت در جان حاکمان، عدالت طلبی، ستیزه جویی با ستم، ظلم ناپذیری و یاری خواهی ستمدیدگان رصد کرد، اصولی کلیدی که می توانند بسترهایی اساسی برای طراحی راهکارها و برنامه های رسیدن به عدالت سیاسی فراهم کنند.Political justice solutions From the point of view of the Holy Quran

Its strategies can be deduced from the divine verses, so that in the next steps, the desired plans and strategies to achieve political justice can be set. This article is in search of one of the influential and fundamental elements of the theory of political justice, that is, the ways to achieve it from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an. can be observed mainly in cases such as the institutionalization of justice in the lives of the rulers, seeking justice, fighting against oppression, inviolability of oppression and helping the oppressed, key principles that can be basic platforms for designing solutions and programs To achieve political justice.This important thing has been done according to the method of ijtihad interpretation, which can provide all the capabilities of understanding the text to the interpreter and explain all the ways to ensure political justice.
