چکیده
انسان چگونه موجودی است؟آیا بشر، طبع نیک سرشت دارد و یا بد سرشت هست؟در میان علما دو دیدگاه کلی حاکم است و جاحظ بر بدسرشت بودن اعتقاد دارد و بر این مبنا ،معتقد است که انسان با ذات خود، بدون کمک و تمسک به شریعت نمی تواند، زندگی خود را سامان دهد،چون بر مبنای شرارت طبیعی انسان، هر فردی دنبال جلب حد اکثر منافع برای خود هست و این مساله موجب ف ظهور نزاع ها و کشمکش ها در جوامع بشری می شود، از این ظهور وجود امام به معنای عام ،جهت هدایت جامعه لازم و ضروری هست و ارسال رسل نیز بر همین مبنا بوده و در حضرت حتمی مرتبت به پایان رسیده است و پس از او نیز امام و امامت تداوم داشته و جانشین بلافصل آن حضرت باید حضرت علی علیه السلام می شد،چرا که او اشبه الناس به پیامبر بوده و امام نیز باید ویژگی های پیامبر را داشته باشد.وی براساس همین مبنا امامان جامعه یکی از برجستگان اجتماع دانسته ، چرا همو باید ، جوامع بشری را به سوی کمال مادی و معنوی سوق دهد.به باور جاحظ ویژگی های برجسته می تواند امام را هادی و راهبر جامعه بنماید و در انتخاب امام برای جامعه لازم و ضروری هست که به این اوصاف توجه شود و امام نیر هموار این برجستگی ها را داشته باشد.Ruler and its characteristics in Jahiz's political thought
